*LOUIS' POV*

After I climb the fence I run to the wall and climb.

I get to the edge of the balcony and climb over the rails.

I see her asleep on her bed, lightly snoring.

I quietly walk over to her. I try waking her up by pushing her lightly and saying, "Jesse, wake up."

She rolls over and grunts.

"Jesse, please wake up." I whisper and push her with more force.

She wakes up. She squints and says, "Why are you here?" In a sleepy voice that I actually kinda fancy.

"We need to talk." I answer.

She sits up and rubs her eyes.

I grab her wrist and lift her up.

"Let me go!" She whisper yells.

I shake my head.

"We need to talk somewhere private. Where nobody is at at the moment." I say.

She forms a scowl on her face.

I grab her wrist again and drag her outside on her balcony.

I squat down.

"What are you doing?" She asks.

"Just what I was about to say was...get on my back." I answer.

"No." She says.

"Get on my damn back!" I whisper yell.

"Ugh. Ok." She says and straddles my back and gets a right grab of the back of my shirt.

I climb down the wall. I walk over to the fence and climb over.

I squat down again to let her off. She steps off and walks over to my car.

"We aren't driving." I say.

She turns around and looks surprised.

"We're walking." I answer the question she has in her mind.

"Oh." She simply replies.

"Follow me." I say.

I know where a close park is. It's only about four blocks away. We begin to walk. She is next to me on my left.

"So, what do we need to talk about?" She asks.

I don't answer her question.

She does an angry grumble.

We finally reach the park I had in mind. I walk over to the swings and sit down as I watch her follow behind me.

She sits on the swing beside me.

Silence is all I hear.

After a few minutes she says, "What do you need to say?"

I take a deep breathe and begin.

"I kinda got a crushiyfggddyoukjh." I mumble.

"What?" She asks.

"I kinda got a fctushonguiugs." I try to say a bit louder.

"What?"she asks again.

"I KINDA GOT A CRUSH ON YOU, DAMN!" I yell.

I hate this!!!!!

She gets up and starts walking in the direction of her house.

"Where are you going?" I ask her while still sitting.

"Home." She simply replies.

I stand up and catch up to her and grab her shoulder and spin her around.

"I'm sorry." I ask for her apology.

"It's okay." She says with a little eye roll.

We walk back to the swings and sit down.

"So, you've got a crush on me?" She asks, looking up at me.

I nod my head.

She nods back slowly while looking to the ground. She looks sad.

"What's wrong?" I ask.

"Nothing. I got to go." She says and quickly stands up from the swing she was sitting in.

I grab her wrist, spin her around, and lock our lips. She sits on my legs and raps her arms around my neck and kisses back. This really makes me happy when we kiss. I smirk in the kiss.

She pulls away. I pout at the sudden loss of her lips.

She stands up. I get up and start our walk back to her house.

The walk is a silence that is comfortable.

•••

We finally reach her house. I take my phone out of my pocket and check the time.

"What time is it?" Jesse asks.

"3:00." I answer through the dark.

*JESSE'S POV*

"3:00" Louis answers.

"3:00?!?!" I whisper yell.

He nods in response. Ugh MY BROTHERS GONNA KILL ME!

"What's wrong?" He asks.

"My brother will be up, I know it. He's gonna chew me out!" I say nervously.

"Then why not sneak in?" He asks.

"Because, whenever he comes home he will come check to see if I'm home in my room." I reply.

Louis does a frustrated growl.

He puts on his, what I think may be, 'thinking' face.

"How about you can stay over at my house?" He suggests.

"I mean you've stayed at my house before, but you had a hangover then." He says.

"I don't know. That could get me in even more trouble." I reply.

"I'll just sneak in." I answer.

"Ok. Do you need help climbing up there?" He asks.

For a brief moment I swear I could have seen and heard sadness.

I shake my head.

"But can you come with me? I'm afraid I might fall. If I fall could you catch me?" I ask.

He nods.

We climb the fence and make it to my house's wall. I look back at him.

He nods, letting me know that I'll be okay.

I start climbing. I kind of slip halfway up but manage not to fall or scream.

I finally get behind the rails of my balcony and waive to Louis.

He nods in response.

Walk in my room and quietly close the slide in doors and curtains to the balcony. Well that was something. I just never thought I'd hear him actually say he liked me.

I turn the lights of and hop under the covers of my bed and quickly fall asleep.
