Lilly had been very distant from me lately. I was starting to get worried about her. She hasn't avoided me like this since Sophomore year when we were enemies. I wanted to talk to her, but I didn't know what to say. I understand that she is upset about her miscarriage, but this feels like it's more than that. I had to talk to her. I went over to her and Roger's home and he ran out to the driveway to see me.

"I'm glad you're here," Roger said to me. "I need your help."

"Is she still avoiding you?" I asked him.

"It's worse than that," Roger said. "She's gone completely mad!"

"How so?" I asked.

"She's just lost it," he said. "She's always irritated and angry, she snaps at me constantly, she won't stop eating-"

"She won't stop eating?" I repeated. "That's bad. The last time she did that was at the end of our first tour, right before she made out with Winter."

"That was a bad time for all of us," Roger said. "I can't get through to her."

"Well don't look at me, darling," I said. "She won't even answer my texts. I'm not sure I can help."

"Maybe not," Roger said. "But I know someone who can."

Roger ended up calling Lilly's older sister, Faith. She showed up the next day and had a long talk with Lilly in private. Afterwards, Lilly came to Roger and I and sighed.

"Ok I get it," she said. "I've been acting... erratic. I just got really upset when I couldn't help anybody since that's always what I do when I can't help myself."

"Who are you having trouble helping?" I asked.

"She couldn't get Ella to go back and see Rory," Faith said. "And she couldn't get Ben and Joe back together."

"Well they're not technically broken up," Lilly said. "But they're not speaking to each other and I was trying to get them to talk. It didn't work."

"Hopefully it won't be like when you and Roger got back together," Freddie said. "We don't need any more run-ins with those frat boys."

"We haven't heard from them in years," Roger said. "I don't think we have to worry about that. Just give Ben and Joe time, they'll get over their issues."

"Well anyway," Lilly said. "I think it's time to focus on myself for a little while. Which is why I'm ready to start trying again." Roger smiled at her.

"Really?" He asked. Lilly nodded.

"I want to have a baby," she said. "And we still can, so let's do it now!" Roger smiled and kissed her softly. I smiled and gave her a hug. I was so glad she was feeling better, and I was confident we would have a new family member within the next year.
