{Same day}
Josephine: "What are we having for dinner?" ((She asks placing her bag on Hero's bed))
Hero: "I'm not sure. You can decide" ((he adds grabbing two towels, throwing one to Josephine))
Josephine: "Oh wow, the pressure. Millions of foods in the world and I can't think of not one" ((she wraps her hair up in the towel)) "Do you even have ingredients here?" ((She asks before marching towards the kitchen))
Hero: "You just assume we don't? Why because we're boys?" ((He barks following closely behind her))
Josephine: "Yeah" ((she states as if it's obvious))
Hero: "Oh, the level of sexism you're throwing at me right now" ((he shakes his head disappointed)) "I won't stand by and let you tear down the good name of man, with your empty assumptions" ((he stands firm, overacting the part))
Josephine: "Man and good don't usually go together in a sentence" ((she chuckles)) "Okay, Chef. I'm going to open the cupboard and we'll see" ((she smirks))
Hero: ((doesn't flinch)) "Go ahead" ((he adds confidently))
Josephine: ((a victorious smile playing on her lips)) "Just as I thought" ((she turns to look at Hero and then back at the bare cupboard)) "Unless, did you put a magic spell on it? Is it invisible?" ((She leans up as far as she can moving her head around))
Hero: "Okay, so maybe there isn't food there now" ((defeat is clear in his tone)) "I've been staying at yours the past few days, Alex must have thrown it out" ((he crosses his arms over his chest, a frown covering his face))
Josephine: "Sure, sure" ((she closes the door)) "If you say so" ((she adds smirking))
Hero: "Why would I lie?" ((He adds defensively))
Josephine: "Arrogance" ((she states smiling)) "The spell thing would have been more believable" ((she adds))
Hero: "Why do you say that?" ((He asks his expression changing to panic))
Josephine: "No reason" ((she feels a bit of awkward tension in the air)) "Why so worried?" ((She asks wanting to mess with him a bit more)) "Chill, anyone would think you were a secret wizard or something" ((she adds casually before shrugging and heading out room))
Hero: ((chases her out of the kitchen, grabbing her arm lightly and turning her around)) "A wizard?" ((He blurts))
Josephine: "Okay, you're actually starting to worry me now" ((she adds to her little game)) "What's with you?"
Hero: "Nothing" ((he nods his head)) "Nothing, it's nothing" ((he lets go of her arm))
Josephine: "I don't get you sometimes, you're so hard to figure out...kinda like a riddle" ((she adds, trying to tease him a little further))
Hero: ((watches as she walks back to his room, he wants to say something but just let's it go)) "We still haven't decided on dinner" ((he shouts after her))
((After about an hour of suggestions being passed around, they both decide on getting a Chinese. Josephine doesn't make anymore comments about magic, realising she wasn't too subtle tonight. Since finding out about Hero's past she's been eager for him to share it with her. But with everyday that passed that he didn't, she grew more desperate so started a game to amuse herself. The first few comments went over his head and so she decided to see how obvious she could be without being caught out. Tonight was too close and she's enjoying the game too much to ruin it now))
