THE VOID

ℂ𝕙𝕒𝕡𝕥𝕖𝕣 𝕗𝕚𝕗𝕥𝕪-𝕗𝕚𝕧𝕖

   {Next Day - 29th March}

((Hero places his bowl in the sink, he grabs his to go cup of coffee and quickly says goodbye to Felix. He meets Jo by the door, and she shouts bye and they leave))

Alex: "Where are they going?" ((He yawns joining Felix in the kitchen))

Felix: "Work" ((he shakes his head)) "I need to find a job" ((he sighs))

Alex: "What happened at the radio station?" ((he asks pouring some cereal into a bowl))

Felix: "I quit" ((he responds handing Alex the milk)) "Without Mel, it just felt pointless" ((he adds)) "I only agreed to work there, because she begged"

Alex: ((finishes with the milk and puts it in the fridge)) "Yeah" ((he turns back to Felix)) "So, what do you want to do?" ((He asks taking a seat))

Felix: "I have no idea" ((he groans dropping his head on the table))

Alex: "Finally something we can relate on" ((he smiles))

Felix: "Glad my misery makes you so happy" ((he says lifting his head and throwing a cheerio at him))

Alex: "I'm sorry" ((he laughs)) "It just I've always been the lost one, you know" ((he adds)) "I mean Hero used to be lost too, but then he found his passion and so then it was just me" ((he says before eating another spoonful))

Felix: "I don't even think I have a passion" ((he laughs))

Alex: ((looks up a little shocked)) "I don't think I do either" ((he shrugs before continuing to eat))

Felix: "I mean we are young" ((he offers)) "Maybe we're not meant to right now" ((he adds optimistically))

Alex: "I don't think I will for a while" ((he replies looking at his leg))

Felix: "You worried?" ((He asks))

Alex: "More like terrified" ((he says before trying to laugh it off))

Felix: "You're going to be okay" ((he offers)) "I know it" ((he smiles))

Alex: "Yeah" ((he lies, going back to eating his cereal))

((They both sit quietly eating their breakfast))

Felix: ((finishes his toast and looks over at Alex)) "Remember when our conversations weren't this miserable" ((he jokes))

Alex: "Back when we actually knew how to enjoy ourselves?" ((He adds))

Felix: "When was the last time, we all actually had fun together?" ((He asks))

Alex: "I honestly couldn't tell you" ((he replies laughing))

Felix: "Same" ((he responds)) "That's so sad" ((he shakes his head))

Alex: "It's awful, I mean we're all just so messed up" ((he can't stop laughing))

Felix: ((laughs along with him)) "We should all hang out" ((he suggests))

Alex: "I don't know if they'll want to" ((he says))

Felix: "You guys survived" ((he states)) "That should be celebrated" ((he adds))
