{End of a very long day}

((Mel and Alex sit by Jack discussing what the doctor said about his injuries. Alice and Hero sit across from them discussing Jo. Josephine stands by the door staring in at all of them))

Josephine: ((feels the anger boiling within her. She keeps replaying every scenario in her head about what happens now. Each one ending in disaster)) "I have a question" ((she says moving inwards))

Hero: ((falls quiet along with everyone else)) "A question?" ((He asks for the group))

Josephine: "Who's idea was it?" ((She asks and they all sit with bemused expressions)) "Who's idea was it to keep this from me?" ((She throws it out to the group but nobody answers)) "Who's idea was it to not tell me all this shit right away?" ((She looks at them for a moment but again no answer)) "When deciding to tell me a half truth, who decided to do it with such little intelligence?" ((Her voice becoming more heated)) "Was it one persons idea or did you all sit round and discuss it?" ((Tension fills the room and everyone is in shock, Josephine laughs mockingly)) "We'll you couldn't have discussed it for long, since it's so idiotic" ((the silence is only fuelling her attack, nobody utters a word and she can't take it)) "Can somebody bloody say something?" ((She shouts))

Alice: "We didn't know how to tell you at first" ((she stands to move closer)) "I mean how do you tell someone something like this?" ((as she moves closer, Josephine moves further back))

Alex: "Everyone needed a bit of time" ((he interjects))

Hero: "We were going to tell you sooner but then you went to Dublin" ((he offers)) "This isn't something you tell someone over the phone" ((he searches her face for some understanding))

Josephine: ((directs all her attention to Hero)) "You told me the emergency was Jack" ((she looks away for a second and then straight back)) "Why tell me that?"

Hero: ((gulps, guilt overtaking his insides)) "Wait" ((the guilt now taking over his face)) "I didn't know you would show up there" ((he bites down on his tongue)) "How should I have known that?"

Josephine: "You should have considered it" ((she takes a breath)) "You all made sure nobody saw you at the house, you knew it was dangerous to be spotted there" ((she gestures to the room but swiftly moves her attention back to Hero)) "Did it not enter your mind, when telling me there was an emergency with Jack to also mention to not go around his house?"

Alice: "Josephine, he clearly didn't think you would show up there" ((she comes to Hero's defence))

Josephine: "I did though" ((she steps further back)) "I showed up, and then they followed me" ((she chokes on her words a little)) "I called you" ((she looks at both Hero and Alice)) "What if they had done" ((she can't bring herself to end the sentence))

Hero: ((falls back to his seat)) "I'm sorry"

Josephine: "Neither of you answered my calls. Then I had to act like a complete idiot with Cheryl" ((she nods her head)) "She's taking a few personal days, you should know that" ((she laughs a little)) "I knew you were lying to me, you were all lying to me. I couldn't be mad though, because I lied to you" ((the end of her sentence directed at Alice)) "But now I'm fucking mad, because my lie didn't put anyone in danger"

Alice: "I should have answered" ((she pleads)) "But answering the phone meant talking to you, and talking to you meant more lies"

Josephine: "Did you both have a good laugh after I left?" ((She holds back the tears))
