"Gabby you always calling on some bullshit" I say "I ain't talk to nobody"

"So you ain't talk to that Chase bitch" Gabby ask

"Man nah, we be in class not saying shit" God's honest truth

"Do you want to talk to her" Gabby ask

"Nah, jon want Chase. I just want you" I say getting ready to meet up with Chase

I sprayed my cologne and called my Uber. I took a seat on bed cause he was ten minutes away.

"I'll call you later" Gabby say and I hung up

I closed my eyes for a few minutes and then walked downstairs.

Over the course of this short little month I got me a job. Work, school, and practice.

I got in my Uber and just scrolled on instagram hoping this man don't start no damn conversation.

I saw that we would be a little late

Me: Uber driving slow so i'll be a little late

She didn't respond as fast as I'll like but then again she probably driving.

Chase: i could've came and got you but okay

I continued to scroll on social. When we got outside the place I turned my phone off and got out.

I walked out and I saw Chase recording herself on a snap so I got behind her making her laugh and end it. "You don't deserve to be on my snap"

I laughed and hugged her before taking a seat. "did you order"

We come to this place a lot so I wouldn't be mad if she did. "yeah I got your usual" I nodded

"How you been Chase" I ask

"Besides your girlfriend trying to fight me, good" Chase say

"She's not my girlfriend" I say

"Well she seems to think she is. How has basketball been" Chase ask

"Practice been cool but my first game next week, you gone slide" I ask making her shrug

"I still haven't heard what I need to hear" Chase say making me sit back and think

"I apologize for coming at yo house on that rah rah shit. I know it was out of line but I was mad and acted off impulse" I say and she sat back and looked into my eyes

I wanted to break eye contact but I couldn't. It's like she was reading my soul

"I forgive you" Chase say making me smile and her up and hug her

"My nigga" I say returning to my seat

"When did you and Gabby break up" Chase ask making me shrug

"Why, you trynna be my girl" I ask making her turn red

"I'm not gay" Chase say

"Ion like gay girls" I say "I like mine straight" we deal

"Shush Ray" Chase say smiling

"Ight, imma leave you alone" I say

"I know your life been pretty dull without Chase in ya life" Chase say

"I be fighting with myself on a daily. Especially in first block I be wanting to throw a damn pencil at your head" I say making her laugh

That sexy ass smile "why would you do that" I think I'm in love
