"I haven't actually just went shopping in a while" I tell Logan as we walked out of Forever 21

"Same. I just get stuff for that day" Logan say "but you finally got a date and we can just use that as an excuse to go shopping"

"Don't call it a date. More like an outing. He's just a friend" I say making Logan laugh

"Heard that millions of times" Logan say

"Anyway, how's the apartment going with Kham" I ask

"He's a nasty slob! His room has clothes everywhere! It makes no sense" Logan say

"Well, why are you in his room" I bump shoulders with her "you guys were like doing it, huh"

"Girl! What the fuck? No ma'am. When we were looking for apartments they didn't have any three bedrooms available so we had to do two so Chance doesn't have a room. He has a crib in my room and one in Kham's" Logan say

"I was there. I know how it works. I'm just saying y'all have common area, the living room" I say "y'all shouldn't know how the next person bedroom looks"

"Do you know how Rays dorm look" Logan ask

"Only from FaceTime" I say "I want to go see her but she doesn't even like the place so I think she might try to come back home with me"

"Why she doesn't like it" Logan ask

"They don't understand her and plus she's been eating at the dining hall and she doesn't like the food" I say "I sent her money and she sent most of it back except like $10 and she got UberEats"

"Maybe you should go grocery shopping and just show up" Logan say

"She's going to be so upset about this date" I say

"She doesn't have to know" Logan say making me bite my lip

"I don't even know what to wear" I say

"Throw on a dress and call it a day" Logan say "the dress you just got"

"You don't think that's too much" I say

"You don't want to seem like you cheating so" Logan say

"Ray and I aren't together. At least word of mouth " I say

"Goodnight Chase" Logan walk up

"Stop" I catch up "I know we got a weird relationship but that's how it is"

"If y'all like it I love it" Logan say

The thing is I don't like it. I don't like it at all. I don't know why I married her but I promise if I had the choice to redo it I wouldn't.

I wanted to talk to Logan about it but its like she'll be disappointed in me. Like she was expecting more. I was honestly expecting more from myself.

"Do you think I should pair the dress with a jacket" I've never just been out on a real date. The whole getting ready thing was a little foreign. I was use to just wearing what we it is we had on that day and going to get food.

"Yeah cause your shoulders are all out" Logan say

"Heels" I ask

"Oh yes ma'am! With a natural makeup look" Logan say

"I'll see what I can do" I say
