Chase Pov

Monday

I got up at seven in the morning to get my day started. My classes didn't start until nine but I had to shower and just get ready for my day.

I played music while I jumped in the shower. I played it lowly because I wanted to be respectful of others.

I got out the shower and plugged my flatirons up. I went ahead and grabbed my phone

Me: good morning, have a blessed day ❤️

Rashad and I haven't had any sexual conversation and I feel a little weird because I'm so use to saying I'm a virgin. Being in another relationship makes me a little regretful of my decision but it's nothing I can do now. 

I really wanted to wait until marriage and that's what I thought I did. I blame nobody but myself. I shouldn't have been drinking. I shouldn't have tried to get married. I shouldn't have had sex.

I prayed for forgiveness and I haven't been back down that path.

I started my coffee and went to brush my teeth. My phone started ringing and it was Ray trying to FaceTime me. I tied my robe and answered.

"Good morning Chase" Ray smile

"Good morning Rayven" I say

"The only motherfucker that calls me by my full first name" Ray say

"You call me by my full first name" I say

"Do you prefer for me to call you my Prada bae" I had to laugh at this clown "yeah I know you like that"

"How do you wake up like this" I ask

"I told you I got that good energy" Ray say as I cleaned my face "that look like cum on your face"

"You would know how that look" I say

"Yeah cause of you" this is why I don't say anything back to her jokes! Now I was all red in the face and she was laughing

"Too early for you" I say starting on my hair 

"Fam I already got homework and ain't even been to no class" Ray making me laugh

"Welcome to college" I say

"I had to print out my own syllabus and every damn thing. I do not like it already" Ray say

"Well I'm sorry to tell you but it's only going to get worse" I say

"Now why would you tell me that" Ray say "I'm already missing my Chase"

This girl.

"I swear you have the best talk game I've ever encountered" I say making her laugh

"I do miss you" Ray say "I been missing you"

"I miss you too" I say "I've been thinking about getting baptized all over again"

"For what" Ray ask

"Just to cleanse my body of sin" I say

"That shit work" Ray ask

"I'm guessing. My mother brought it up. Since I started having these weird stomach pains she believes it's bad vibes" I say "you think it's dumb"

"Nah" Ray say "just never heard of the shit but if it's anything to do with God then it must be legit as fuck"

"You can't just swear in the same sentence as God" I say

"Shut up" Ray say "when you pray for me just also pray for forgiveness"

"Who said I pray for you" I raise my eyebrow
