When I bring Ramon for church daycare Chase already be gone. I went to a few church services and she sat on stage with her parents. She probably won't respond so I called her
"Hello" she answer
"So you got your phone in your hand and just don't want to respond to me" I say
"You wanna talk? We can talk" Chase say "I'm going to practice now. You can meet me there" and she hung up
I can't pull up in Gabby's car. She'll have a damn heart attack.
I took the car back to my apartment and took Ramon up. "watch him please"
"I thought you wanted to spend the day with your brother" Gabby ask
"Mayne just shut up and watch him" I walk out
I drove towards the gas station and parked in front of it before walking to the stadium. I was right on time because she was holding her drum sticks.
"Hey" I do a little jog
"Hey now what" Chase ask
"I just wanted to apologizing for not supporting you the way I was suppose to" I say
"Ok" Chase say
"Don't be dry. I been going through shit so excuse the fuck outta me if I can't just remember one fucking date" I say
She looked at me and smiled "We been going through the same shit! Sports, family, work, and trying to manage healthy relationships but you full of shit. Are you forgetting you put all your responsibilities on me? I watch your brother, my family takes care of him, I write your papers, I'm who you talk to, and I do every fucking thing in between! I don't mean to throw things in people face bu whatever. Now I'm going to walk away and you aren't going to say anything because the way I'm feeling I'll bat the fuck outta you with these sticks" and she walked away
"Fuck" I know I lost something good.
I walked back over and was ready to fight somebody. I don't know what the hell I should do.
I got in the car and pulled off at home. We pretty much over, right?
I fucked the shit outta Gabby.

I didn't go to school all I did was work. From opening to closing. I needed to get my money up because I can't just depend on Chase and her family. This bitch like to walk away for no reason so I can't deal with that.

I continued to work and Chase walked in. I rolled my eyes as she approached me.
"I came to apologize" she lean against the table
"For being over dramatic, I hope" I say folding my arms
"No. I'm apologizing for making threats. I was raised better than that" Chase say "it wasn't the right thing to do" I snared at her and walked off "I'm not Gabby, I will not follow behind you"
"You really not understanding that I truly forgot man. I been stressing trying not to depend on you and yo parents so much and I forgot. That's was the biggest day for your career I'm very much aware but damn I forgot" I say "I depended on my mom. Didn't get a job here and let her handle things and she left me high and dry"
I turned and faced her. Her face soften and she looked genuinely concerned. "my parents don't mind. They only have me. No dogs or friends so they love Ramon and everything he want. I never ate so many tacos just because Ramon wants it almost every night. I don't like it but my family love it so don't be in such a rush to take it from them"
I smiled "sorry" and her phone vibrated and she pulled it out
"Gotta be fucking kidding me" Chase looked at me "she can have you" and she walked out. This time I followed her and grabbed her arm and she slapped the fuck outta me "don't grab on me"
I held my jaw "why you never talk to me"
"Excuse me? All I do is talk! It's never any action around here" Chase say
"I can't tell that girl what to post" I smack my lips
She looked at me "that mean you saw it. Saw it and didn't bring it up or tell her to take the shit down! I can no longer deal with you and her. I don't know what type of hold y'all have on each other but y'all can do that toxic stuff without me" she walk away
"Damn let me talk" I follow her "I don't got no hold on that girl. I want you not her"
She stopped and looked at me in my eyes and gently placed her hand on my jaw "have you had sex with her since we been together"
"No" I say she brought her hand back and slapped the shit out of me
"Stop wasting my time" Chase walk off
This time I did a small jog back into work. I don't need to get fired for taking 'unnecessary breaks' is what my manager calls it.
I walked back in as if I never left. Chase always on some messy ass shit bro. Sometimes she can literally be the devil.
I feel bad though. All the times I cheated and shit. I guess I turned her into the damn devil. Good girl gone bad on some shit
