The crowd booed while the Commentators looked around confused.
Alexander: Randall has said, the first superstar to come out will be Cesaro's replacement, hurry up.
Cesaro looked at the entrance ramp before AJ's music hit.
Lexi: Oh dear.
Makayla: AJ West will be replacing Dream!
The crowd booed loudly as AJ ran to the ring and looked Cesaro dead in the eyes as the referee backed them up.
Alexander: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. And it's for the EWI World Heavyweight Championship! Introducing first...from Charlotte, North Carolina weighing in at 178 pounds...AJJJJJJ West!
AJ posed to the crowd booing loudly and he flipped them off.
Alexander: His opponent, from Lucerne, Switzerland, weighing in at 234 pounds, Antoniooooo CESAROOOOOO!
Randall had walked to the ring, obviously giving AJ the cold stare and revealed the glistening gold title to the world. Randall exited the ring and the bell rung, and Cesaro burst into AJ's corner, giving him a jaw shattering uppercut, making AJ land into the turnbuckles.
