April 5th, 2020, Michael Vernon Arena, Chicago, Illinois

The arena was surprisingly packed for the small capacity EWI allowed in.

Alexander: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome to play The Stage originally by Avenged Sevenfold, two halves of the Submission Saviors, Dani Everett and Triple R!

The intro for The Stage played as Dani and R were on the ramp, Dani behind the mic and holding her guitar and R behind the drums.

The low capacity crowd, which consisted mostly of Chicago natives cheered on as Dani and R prepared to start the song.

Dani: So I arrived, naked and cold,
A welcomed change from the abeyance of a ghost town catacomb,
No need for counsel I appreciate the time I'm not alone!

(Triple R (backup vocals): Why don't you get my lawyer on the phone)

Dani: There were days these child eyes, Would overlook the ugliness and fantasize, I found my heart for the first time and I awakened in me,
I left myself to navigate, and oh I felt control!

Triple R: Seems these sheep have quite an appetite...Who is the crowd that peers through the cage,
As we perform here upon the stage..here we go!

Triple R performed a short drum solo before Dani started playing her guitar again and resumed singing.

Dani: As the boy became a man
In came a calm sophistication I can hardly understand, So lost in ego, didn't notice when the time had slipped away!

(Triple R (backup vocals): Yeah, everybody's got a sob story.)

Dani: Jesus Christ, was born to die,
Leave it to man to levitate his own to idolize, We're simply sociopaths with no communication baby, I see your angle but we differ from our points of view!

Triple R: So tell me, what's your cross to bear, Who is the crowd that peers through the cage, As we perform here upon the stage? Tell me a lie in a beautiful way, I believe in answers JUST NOT TODAY!

Dani started a guitar solo as the crowd cheered loudly and the WrestleCountry video package started on the screen, the song slowed down as Dani played a acoustic verse on the guitar until the song picked back up and R went back to playing the drums.

Dani: Hope my wheels don't abandon me now, Seeing that I'm out here aloneI'm running out of fight
And the wind speaks a comforting voice, Guiding me to her arms
Mother, I'm alright!

Triple R: It took the birth of sin to snake-rattle the mind, Before a blow to the head by the gavel of time
To wake up... WON'T YOU WAKE UP?!

Triple R: When did the walking apes decide that nuclear war, Was now the only solution for them keeping the score? Just wake up! CAN'T YOU WAKE UP?!

The song went into the final verse as Dani went nuts on the guitar and R played the drums to perfection.

Triple R: You know this is just a simulation, don't you? Who is the crowd that peers through the cage, As we perform here upon the stage? Tell me a lie in a beautiful way, I believe in answers JUST NOT TODAY!

R and Dani played the instrumental as they ended the song, with the song slowing down near the end, with the crowd unleashing a loud ovation as the song ended and the lights went out.
