Chapter 30 - It almost happened

"Hey sleepy head!! wake up!" nagising ako sa ingay ng boses ni tito edward.

he keeps on poking me. tapos he slide down the curtains and open the blinds and at that moment naka harap ako sa bintana kaya ang sikat ng araw ay naka tutok sakin.

"what is it now? its too early, wake me up after 3 hours." then i covered my face with the comforter.

he's trying to uncover me and he did it successfully "wake up! it's already 11 am. saan ka ba galing kagabi and almost midnight ka nang umuwi?"

then i slowly get up. "sa amazon hills." then i yawned.

"anong ginagawa mo doon?" he asked.

"nag usap lang kami ni andy." at humiga ako ulit.

"oookay. hey, sleepy head, get up. i have a surprise for you." agad agad naman akong bumangon.

what is it this time? tumingin ako sakanya at the same time i raised my left eyebrow. tapos may kinuha siyang envelope sa desk ko. then he showed it to me and says "this."

"ooooh. mail.... what's so important about that?" O_o

then he gave it to me tapos tinanggap ko. after accepting the mail he said "open it."

"am i in trouble or something?" he laughed.

so rude. then there i opened it.

tapos i unfolded it.

after unfolding it.

it was an itinerary. plane ticket.

to bohol.

for two weeks.

"cool! i've never been there, Quinn said it is sooooooo beautiful in bohol."

"advance birthday gift."

"aaawwww, thank you tito." actually matagal ko nang gustong pumunta ng bohol kaso sa ibang lugar ako napapadpad. "sandali, ako lang ba 'to mag isa ang aalis o may kasama akong asungot?"

"don't worry ikaw lang and by the way the day after tomorrow na ang alis mo." at tumayo na siya and his heading his way through the door.

"ooookay." tapos inilapag ko yung envelope sa desk and go back to bed. ewan ko ba ba't pagod parin ako.

after two hours.

~riiiing riiiing riiing.

nag ring yung phone ko and yet i'm still in bed. then i answered it.

"yes, andy?"

[are you free for later?]

"ahm. yes."

[date tayo?]

"date? ahm. sure, ay wait, ahm. o sige pero at the same time while we are on a date samahan mo akong mag shopping and i'll make kwento mamaya pag magkita na tayo."

[okay,.... mommy, aminin mo di ka pa naliligo?]

"aaahmmm. hihihihiii! oo. sige na bye na, maliligo na po ako."

[o sige, bye, i love you!]

"bye, i love you too."

kinuha ko na yung bathrobe, at pumasok na ng bathroom, binuksan ang shower and apply and do the same routine.
