"And I mean to hear ye groan like that again. And to moan and sob, even though you dinna wish to, for ye canna help it. I mean to make you sigh as though your heart would break, and scream with the wanting, and at last to cry out in my arms, and I shall know that I've served ye well." -Outlander, Diana Gabaldon

Niall's POV

I put my arm around Ana's shoulder and caress her exposed collarbone with my fingers to feel her creamy skin against mine. She lightly shivers when I slowly continue my actions and moves closer to me, wrapping her arms around my back, silently blaming the cool air but I know better and keeping her head against my shoulder blades as we continue to walk towards the beach which is just a few minutes away.

Ana squeals, as we reach the beach, jumps and wraps her legs around my hips. I put my hand underneath her butt just in time to avoid her falling. She loudly laughs, making me laugh, and places a quick kiss on my lips. "This is so much more beautiful than pictures," She says before smiling widely at me. I lean forward and place a kiss on her throat since it is the closest to my lips. "Just look at it!" She exclaims and tries to wiggle out of my grip so that she can stare at the beautiful beach in front of us but I don't let her.

"Kiss me proper," I demand and she stops to wiggle and moves her hair away from her face before leaning down and putting her mouth on mine. She harshly nips on my lip and pushes herself dangerously close to me, not caring about where we are. "Easy there, tiger." I pull away slightly and mutter against her mouth after letting out a chuckle. Her chest heaves against mine for a few seconds before she cradles my cheek in her palms and slowly leans down to capture my lips again. The kiss is slow, contrary to the previous one, as she threads her fingers with my hair slightly tugging at it. She kisses me with no tongue and softly nips on my lip. She moves her lips against mine one last time before pulling away to stare me in the eyes, her eyes holding so much adoration for me.

She unwraps her legs from my waist and stands on her feet, places a brief kiss on my lips before placing her hand in mine and pulling me towards the crystal clear water, along the long and broad stretch of golden sand. Barafundle Bay is backed by dunes and long and beautiful pine trees on the bounds.

We sit in complete silence on the golden sand near the shore with Ana in between my legs. I pull her a little closer so that her back is flushed against my chest. She doesn't say anything just stares at the sea in front of us as I stare at her, thinking that this is where I always wanna be; with my Ana.

"I'll be back real quick. I wanna pee." I shuffle behind her so that I can stand up and pat my shorts to get rid of the sand.

She turns to look up at me and dramatically sighs, letting out an oof. "See, this is what I was talking about. You always wanna pee."

"Shut up." I roll my eyes and she sticks her tongue out at me.

After doing my business, I stroll back towards Ana, pausing when I hear someone call me. "Niall?" They call again and I turn to look at them. I furrow my eyebrows when I see a familiar face in front of me. I rummage through my memory until I remember the blue haired girl in front of me.

"Meg?" I ask, unsure.

"Yeah!" She exclaims before pulling me in a hug. "Oh my, Gosh! It's been so long since I saw you!"

"Yeah." I hug her back. "It's so nice to see you again."

I have known Meg for over twelve years. We used to hang out all the time when we visited the town. It was like a family tradition; to come here every summer, but I haven't been here for the past five years, Emily never liked to come along on family getaways. And I was too absorbed in work to come down to the coast for the last two years.
