Chapter Twenty-Nine

"You're cute. But it's just like Yoongi says, we don't want your money. We do this, because we believe in your music. I don't have money problems, so I will definitely not take yours. But if you really want to repay us, you can treat us to dinner. There is a good korean place around the corner." He smiles. He actually smiles.

And for the first time you can see his front teeth, that are slightly bigger than the rest. Now he has the look of a bunny. "I think I've never heard Jungkook talk this much. But yeah dinner sounds nice." Yoongi shrugs. Jimin, Namjoon and you look at each other, still not over the fact that Jungkook talked AND smiled. You guys agree on taking both of them out to dinner.

After half an hour of hopeless working, everybody is drained and looking forward to dinner, you give up and go to the restaurant.

While walking besides you Namjoon clears his throat:  "Ehm, y/n, If you're not making dinner at home, then what's your sister gonna eat?" You slap you hand on your forehead. You totally forgot about her. You take out your phone and tell her to come meet you at the restaurant.

Namjoon smiles happily, but you don't notice it.

The restaurant is small and cute and it smells amazing. Apparently, Jungkook has excellent taste in food. Lynn is already at the restaurant, when you guys arrive. You walk in and sit down at a table. Which means Namjoon and Lynn are sitting down right next to each other. Yoongi goes across from them, and Jungkook, Jimin and you stand next to the table not knowing what to do.

You want to wait, till the two boys sit down and then just take the remaining seat. But it seems the boys had the same idea, so no one is sitting down. It's only a couple of seconds, that you guys are standing longer than the others, but still it's totally awkward for you. Yoongi looks at you with one eyebrow raised, Namjoon and Lynn don't seem to notice. You can't stand the awkwardness anymore and just sit down next to Yoongi. The sides of the table are now manned and only the two chairs at the table's heads are free. Jungkook rushes over to your side and sits down next to you. Jimin takes the chair next to Yoongi and Namjoon. He glances over to Jungkook and gives him a look, that you can't quite interpret.

It's probably nothing. You're overthinking again.

After the waiter takes your order, you start a conversation with Yoongi. Since Namjoon and Lynn are talking to each other and Jungkook... well... he isn't the greatest talker. So him and Jimin are sitting there, silently while Yoongi tells you how he got the studio and that it was pretty cheap.

"Why?" you ask. "Well you know, before I made it into Yoongi's Palace, it was.. how do I put this.. it was a brothel." AHA! So you were on point with your first impression. Now Jungkook chimes in: "Dude really? And then you name it Yoongi's Palace?"

You have to admit, the name is misleading. "Yes, you should maybe consider changing the name." You say. Jungkook laughs and again his bunny teeth are showing: "Not consider, you should do it, like, now! Maybe we can come up with a name?" You are utterly confused by this man. Why does he talk all of the sudden? And he seems so excited to come up with a new name.

Maybe Taehyung wasn't lying after all.
