You dont like me when I am
As hot as a desert fire
Burning for you like a blue flamed lighter
You don't like me when I am
As open as a stovetop flame
With only thoughts of you to blame
Well maybe you should know
I can be as cold as an iceberg in the ocean too
You just have to lead me there
And I will destroy all the warmth
That I have shown you as easy as I breathe
I'll be every coffee cup
You've ever forgotten about
I'll be every blanket that slipped off
In the middle of a winter night
I'll be every time you've ever cried alone
With pain ripping out your insides
I'll be everything you hate
And everything you've ever misplaced
I will be all of that ten times over and again
But you are the one to blame
I can murder every happy thought you've ever had
I can kill every good memory you have
I can be your worst disaster
And I wont feel anything but glad
Because you're the worst moment
I ever let myself think I had
