Trevor pulled the car around to the front of the hospital and then he helped get Rosemarie and Madison into their car seats. Once they were secure, he looked back at his fiancee and smiled.
"Are you ready to go home?" He asked, and Olivia shook her head as she stayed seated in the wheelchair.
"No." She whispered.
"Why not?" Trevor replied.
"Because I'm not ready to be alone with twins," Olivia replied. She wasn't completely telling the truth because she also wasn't ready to think more about what Elliot had done to her.
"We won't be alone though, Livvie. My mom is going to be there and so is Alex. They will help us out, and it'll be hard but we will make it through it." Trevor replied. Olivia nodded hesitantly before looking down at her NYPD sweats.
"Help me up?" She asked, and Trevor smiled and nodded before helping Olivia to her feet. He held her hands for a long moment before she gave him a small nod and they headed to the car. Trevor helped Olivia into the back seat, before shutting the door and walking around to the driver's side door. He opened it up and climbed in before looking at his fiancee in the rearview mirror.
"We are going to be amazing parents to these babies. Trust me." Trevor smiled. Olivia gave him a small nod.
"I have to trust you in regards to everything because I'm making the wrong choices lately. A lot of wrong choices."

Upon arrival at the apartment, Trevor helped his fiancee out before grabbing both carriers. Olivia grabbed the diaper bag and her duffle bag before they headed towards the apartment. The stairs were daunting for her, but they took them slow and Alex was waiting outside of their apartment to steal the twins.
"How are you feeling, Livvie?" Alex asked as if she hadn't seen her earlier.
"I'm okay. A little nervous." Olivia admitted as she walked into the apartment behind Alex. Trevor followed close behind with Madison's carrier in his hand.
"See, you have us to help you out. You'll be the best mother ever by the time we leave." Alex smiled. Olivia laughed awkwardly before nodding slowly.
"I hope so..." She trailed off. They walked into the apartment and Olivia sat down on the couch as Alex and Trevor got the twins out of their carriers.
"Which one do you want?" Alex asked, but Olivia didn't respond. She just kinda looked down at her hands as she played with her engagement ring.
"Liv?" Trevor asked as he swayed back and forth with Madison in his arms. He kept glancing down at the baby, and then back at her mother.
"I'm tired... I think that I want to nap. Can you guys just uh... take care of them for right now? I'll be up soon to help." Olivia breathed. Trevor watched as Olivia stood and walked into the bedroom and shut the door. He turned to look at Alex who was frowning deeply.
"You need to get her back into therapy... I can just see her getting postpartum depression. From all the stress surrounding her pregnancy and finding out that she had two daughters instead of just one." Alex spoke. Trevor swallowed hard as tears welled in his eyes.
"I don't know what I can do to help her... I think having Elliot at the hospital and talking to her made things worse. She was ready to be a mother to Rosemarie and Madison, then now she doesn't even want to hold them." Trevor frowned. He leaned down and kissed Madison's forehead before laying her in Alex's other arm.
"Where are you going?" Alex asked.
"I'm going to check on her. When my Mom gets back from getting dinner, just get me. Hopefully, I'll have Olivia kinda back to normal by then."

Olivia had just moved from the bathroom after taking another shower and saw her fiance sitting on the edge of the bed. He stood quickly when he saw her and smiled.
"How was your shower?" He asked, and Olivia bit her lip softly.
"Uh, still kinda weird taking a shower without Rosie and Madi kicking around," Olivia replied quietly.
"It must be kinda nice though," Trevor spoke with a soft smile.
"Why aren't you out helping Alex with the babies?" Olivia questioned.
"Because I know you needed me," Trevor spoke, and Olivia shook her head.
"I'm fine, Trev. I just need some sleep... when the babies are hungry just tell me." Olivia sighed. She went to walk around Trevor, but he grabbed her by her waist and stopped her.
"What's on your mind?" Trevor questioned quietly.
"Nothing. Trevor, I'm just tired. I had twins two days ago or something..."
"Or something? Honey-"
"Trevor, I'm going to ruin those girls," Olivia whispered.
"No, you won't."
"Really? Because I think those girls will hate me like how I hated my mother. They are going to fight me on everything and by the time they are my age, they will never call me. They will ignore my calls and send back all of my cards. They will only want to talk to you and they will be able too because we will be divorced. I will be living in a crummy apartment because I won't have a job nor any family. It's how it will end up. I will never be happy ever again." Olivia squeaked.
"That isn't how it will work out. Our daughters already love you. They love being in your arms. They love when you kiss their foreheads. You are putting yourself through a lot just by deciding to nurse them both. It's a big deal to nurse twins... but baby, you don't need to feel like everything will go wrong because it can go wrong. These babies were conceived out of love. Yeah, they weren't expected, but we love them no matter what. So please don't be so hard on yourself. Please." Trevor spoke, as he pulled her close and kissed her shaking lips softly.
"I miss having Elliot in my life. I miss my nieces and nephews. I miss when I wasn't missing pieces of my life." Olivia breathed.
"Then let's just let everything play out. We will eventually have everything back in place. But until that, you and I need to just focus on those around us right now. Focus on those little girls." Trevor smiled.
"So you don't hate me?" Olivia whispered.
"I could never hate you."
