Olivia stood at the bottom of the stairs as her husband looked up them. He didn't want to climb the stairs because it was too painful for him to do that much work. Olivia had her hand resting against his lower back and rubbed it gently.
"We can take these as slowly as you need too," Olivia spoke, as she gently smiled at her husband.
"I want you to carry me up these stairs, Olivia," Trevor spoke with a sigh.
"Yeah right, baby. Let's just go upstairs and then when we get inside you can take a nap on the couch. I'll take care of the babies, and you can relax." Olivia replied. She got onto her tiptoes and kissed her husband's cheek before moving to the first stair. She turned around and looked at her husband before reaching her hands out to him.
"Liv, I can't do this." He whispered.
"You may not be able to do this by yourself, but you can do it with my help. You and I can do this together. Just like everything else." Olivia spoke. Trevor nodded hesitantly before reaching out to his wife. She grabbed his hands and helped him slowly onto the first stair. He let out a whimper before releasing Olivia's hand to balance his cane on his wrist.
"Do you want to take a break?" Olivia asked, preparing herself for several long minutes.
"No. Let's just get this over with. I can take pain medication when we get up there."

Elliot and Kathy kept the twins in the garden level of the brownstone, while Olivia got Trevor situated on the couch. She gave him his medicine and caressed his hair until he fell asleep. Then she went upstairs and grabbed some pajamas for him to change into once he woke up, and then she went downstairs to where she could hear her babies playing.
"Rosie? Madi?" Olivia questioned, as she got to the base of the stairs. She heard a few soft giggles coming from behind the curtains and she smiled when she saw Kathy and Elliot acting as if they didn't hear them.
"We lost your babies, Liv. We just can't seem to find them anywhere." Elliot spoke, as he smiled softly. It was amazing to know that Rosemarie and Madison were still kids, and could still have fun even if their father was so sick and still was. Olivia walked over and sat between Kathy and Elliot.
"I guess I'll have to go tell their Daddy. He's sleeping upstairs, but after his nap, he wanted to spend some time with his girls... but since they seem to have gone missing that won't happen." Olivia spoke. There was a lot of movement and a lot of giggling before the girls came running out from behind the sofa and jumped in front of their mother.
"Mama!" Rosie cried, and Olivia smiled before shifting forward and drawing the girls into her arms. She held them close and kissed their messy curls before looking them over.
"Mama, where's Daddy?" Madison asked as she jumped around in front of her mother, Aunt, and Uncle.
"He's upstairs, baby," Olivia replied.
"Let's go!" Madison squealed before grabbing her mother's hand with her chubby little ones, before trying to pull her to her feet. She was so eager to see her father, that Olivia knew that she was for sure a Daddy's girl. If she wasn't sure before, she was now.
"Love, Daddy is sleeping. And it's almost one. You and Rosemarie need to get some sleep. Okay, Madison? Can you take a nap for me and Daddy?"
"Daddy wants me to nap?" Madison asked as Rosie sat down on the floor and yawned.
"Of course he does! He likes his beautiful daughters to be in good moods! So, let's get going."

When Trevor woke up, he was in pain still. He had to have Olivia walk him to the bathroom, and then have her bathe him after he got sick from the horrible headache he had. The twins were throwing fits because not only did Kathy and Elliot go home, but Trevor wasn't feeling good enough to cuddle them and play with them.
"No, Mama!" Madison screamed as she smacked her mother. Olivia was about to break down, but she knew that this wouldn't always happen. The girls would get used to their father being different, and Trevor would get better. Hopefully.
"Madison Blair Langan, you will not hit me and act like this. Do you hear me?" Olivia warned, as she quickly pulled the pajamas on her daughter before she started to hit her again.
"Meanie!" She sobbed, and Olivia shook her head before lifting her daughter up and quickly put her in her crib before she did something she'd regret.
"Madison, tomorrow you can see Daddy. Okay? But only if you sleep all night and don't hit me again. Do you understand?" Olivia spoke, as she glanced over to where Rosie was dozing off while standing in her crib.
"I don't love you." She grumbled, and Olivia rolled her eye before shaking her head.
"Sleep, grumpy pants. I'll see you in the morning." Olivia sighed. She quickly kissed her daughter's head before moving to Rosemarie. She gently helped her daughter lay down before moving from the room.
She slowly walked down the stairs and frowned when she heard her husband sobbing on the couch. She quickly walked down the stairs before moving to the couch.
"Trev?" Olivia asked, and he flailed around on the couch with his hands pressed to his head.
"It hurts!" He sobbed, and Olivia bit her lip hard as she tried to restrain her husband.
"Babe! I need you to stop moving around. Just take some deep breaths. I'll go get your medicine-"
"I need lots of medicine! It hurts!" He screamed. Olivia quickly stood before grabbing her phone and dialing Nadia's number. She needed help and a lot of it.
"Olivia?" Nadia asked.
"Trevor is in a lot of pain and I don't know what to do! Please, help me! Please!"
