Elliot held Olivia's hand tightly as he forced her closer and closer to the OR's waiting room. She wanted to turn away so badly, but she needed to sit with everyone and await news on her husband and brother-in-law.
"Elliot?" Alex asked when she saw Olivia and Elliot approached them.
"He and Fin came up here to take the girls with them. But he decided to stay and Fin took the girls." Olivia spoke as she brushed tears from her cheeks.
"Family is waiting-" Alex started, and Olivia bit her lip hard.
"Alex, I know that you are scared that your husband will die. But I am too. I'm scared that I will be left with three babies to take care of and no family at all. So please, lay off." Olivia huffed, before dropping Elliot's hand and walking to the far corner. She sank down as far away from the family and ran her hands through her hair as Elliot hesitantly looked between the offended Alex and Olivia.
"I'm sorry about what is happening, Mr. and Mrs. Langan. Uh, I'm going to go sit with Liv. She's trying to not let this get to her but it's extremely hard for her. She's failing at being strong at the moment." Elliot explained before making his way over to where Olivia sat.
"She didn't help me at all when I was trying to get the girls out to the car. I asked her to pack a diaper bag, but she ignored me and just went and sat in the car. She even got angry at me when it took me time to get my kids around. Then when we got here, she ran in without grabbing Rosemarie or Madison. It's as if Tanner and Trevor are only hers. That she gets to act like this and I have to try and be strong. Or at least look like I'm trying."
"You are stronger than her, Liv. Always have and always will be. I don't know why she is acting like she is, but everything will chill out and you two won't be fighting anymore."
"I don't know how to plan the funeral of someone that I'll actually miss. If June and Fred have family plots and if I can be buried beside my husband or not. Then I need to remake my will to-"
"Don't start thinking about that right now. Trevor will be fine. Trust me." Elliot spoke before looking around the waiting room a bit.
"I need something to drink... uh, I'm going to get water. Do you want anything?" Olivia asked.
"I'll go get it. You stay put just in case someone comes out with news."

Hours went by with no news at all. Everyone seemed worried about Alex, and Olivia just let it happen. Alex was being the sad wife, and Olivia was closing herself off from everyone. Olivia went down the hall to check in on the girls because there was nothing else she could really do.
"Hey, Liv. Any news on Trevor and Tanner?" Fin asked after answering his phone.
"No. None at all. How are my girls?" Olivia asked, as she shoved her hand into her sweatshirt pocket and gently ran her fingers over her stomach.
"They are currently playing with Eli. Kathy is bringing her twins the older girls over tonight. They are going to crash here. I'm heading out to the Hamptons to see if the cops have anything yet." Fin spoke and Olivia sighed softly.
"Thanks, Fin. Uh, can you stop by the hospital when you get here? I need some things and so does Alex." Olivia spoke.
"Alright, uh, maybe I can give you to Kathy? I don't want to get into all your lady things." Fin sighed.
"Fin, I'm pregnant. I don't need pads or tampons. All I need is a change of clothes, my deodorant, and my prenatal vitamins. Alex has her bag packed and in my bedroom. You only have to grab that." Olivia spoke.
"Okay. I think I can do that. We are all thinking about you guys. Captain found out and has been praying for you guys."
"Cragen is praying about his disowned detective and her husband?"
"Oh yeah. So, I will see you tonight. Take care, Liv."
"Thanks, Fin. For everything."

Olivia slowly made her way back to the waiting room when she saw a few doctors standing in front of Alex, June, Fred, and the boys.
"What's happening?" Olivia asked as she quickly joined the family.
"We can take this somewhere more private." One of the doctors spoke, but Olivia shook her head.
"I'm Trevor Langan's wife. I need to know what is wrong with my husband." Olivia spoke, as she shot a nasty look at the family. They had listened to what was wrong with Tanner and Trevor, but no one came to get her. She was feeling more alone now than she had ever felt before. It was like someone decided to kick her out of the family.
"Your husband has a brain bleed and a very bad concussion. To add to that, he broke his neck and is in a halo right now. Plus, his arm is broken and so is his left knee. There is going to be months and months of intense physical therapy for Trevor."
"And what about Tanner? What is wrong with him?" Olivia asked.
"That is none of your business, Olivia. He is my husband." Alex huffed.
"But he is my friend and brother-in-law! We are a family, and I deserve to know what is wrong with him! So please-"
"Tanner was pushed out of the way by your husband. He has a broken leg, several broken ribs, and he also had to get surgery to remove his gallbladder that was bleeding pretty badly." The doctor spoke, and Olivia felt like her chest was tightening.
"When can I see my husband and friend?" Alex asked, and Olivia shook her head.
"When can we see our husbands?" Olivia asked as she tried to stay calm.
"Tanner can be seen now, but Trevor is in the ICU and will be there for many days. Once he is cleared, you can see him." The doctor explained before leading the family from the room. Olivia went to follow, but Fred stopped her.
"We are trying to keep Alex calm, Liv. So please, don't follow us." Fred breathed quietly, and Olivia felt as hot tears ran down her cheeks.
"My husband was hurt more than Tanner was. What happened to trying and keep me calm?" Olivia whispered, as she sank down onto a chair and started to sob.
