They didn't enter the bathroom as soon as the timer went off. Olivia was shaking as she grabbed her husband's hand and gave it a tight squeeze.

"If I'm not pregnant, we can try again," Olivia spoke, as she turned and looked at her husband. Trevor leaned down and kissed his wife softly before nodding.

"If this doesn't work, we could try and adopt or foster." Trevor smiled softly, and Olivia nodded.

"We still have options to expand our family... but I really just want to figure out if I'm pregnant or not... so get in there and tell me," Olivia spoke, before shoving her husband. Trevor sighed as he walked over and picked up the pregnancy test. He looked at it for a moment before turning around and smiling at his wife.

"This is a positive test, Liv..."

Olivia quickly moved to her husband and grabbed the test before smiling largely.

"Okay... I'm going to get in contact with Dr. Elm and Dr. Harris too." 

"Liv, I know that this says you are pregnant... but let's not get too excited. Especially since anything could happen." Trevor spoke. Olivia nodded slowly before looking up at her husband.

"Okay. I'm not going to get too excited. I'm just going to be a little bit excited."

After two calls, one to the OBGYN that had delivered the twins, and one to Dr. Harris. Olivia was told to meet them both at Dr. Harris's office to have tests ran and for both doctors to work together because this baby was special.

"How are you feeling?" Dr. Elm asked as she hugged Olivia before they entered Dr. Harris' office.

"I'm a little nervous. I'm also worried that the test was a false positive and I'm not actually pregnant." Olivia frowned.

"Olivia, you need to just relax. Take some deep breaths and think about how amazing it will be if you are pregnant. Now, is Trevor here or only you?" Dr. Elm asked.

"He's at home with the kids. I wanted to do this alone." Olivia breathed.

They settled down and talked for a while as they waited for Dr. Harris. Dr. Elm got caught up on the twins that had been her first ever case of undiagnosed twins, and they had a special place in her heart. Then they talked about Archie before ending up on the baby that was lost. But before they fell too far down that rabbit hole, Dr. Harris came in.

"Alright, Olivia. I heard that you took a test and it came back positive?" Dr. Harris asked.

"It did... could it be faulty? Cause I think I had these tests back when I found out about Archie." Olivia breathed. Dr. Harris placed her hand on Olivia's shoulder before smiling.

"Don't think about bad things. Let's just run some tests and we can focus on everything else once the results come back."

Olivia had a full work-up was done, and nothing else was even thought of until the results came back.

"The tests all came back and you are pregnant." Dr. Harris smiled, as she and Dr. Elm walked into the room that Olivia had been anxiously waiting in. She had cried, called Trevor, before crying again. But now she had calmed a bit, but the tears started to slip down her cheeks as she heard the good news.

"Do you think I'll be able to keep this pregnancy? Because I just can't lose another baby. Last time was hard enough." Olivia whispered.

"Olivia, your levels are higher than it should be at this point in your pregnancy." Dr. Harris spoke, as she and Dr. Elm sat in front of Olivia.

"Is that bad? Should I prepare for the worse?" Olivia whimpered.

"Olivia, we need to perform an ultrasound to really confirm our suspicions... but you have had twins before so-" Dr. Elm started, but Olivia interrupted her.

"Twins? You think I'm having twins?" Olivia asked with wide eyes. She couldn't believe that it might be happening again. She may be having another set of twins, but at least this time she'd know about them. 

"We do. So, can we take a look?" Dr. Harris asked, as she stood and grabbed the ultrasound machine and pulled it closer to Olivia.

"O-of course."

Olivia went home after her appointment, with a sonogram picture tucked into her purse. She was 6 weeks pregnant, but it was clear on the sonogram picture that Olivia was expecting twins. So far, everything was looking good. But bi-weekly appointments would take place until Olivia's pregnancy could be determined to be viable and that it would last. Or at least that her chances of this pregnancy ending would be slimmer.

Olivia drove home as quickly as she could, and could barely contain her happiness and excitement as she opened the front doors.

"Trev?" Olivia asked as she shut the doors behind her before glancing around the living room. She went into the kitchen to check to see if they were in there, before heading downstairs. As soon as she moved down the stairs, she could hear her kids giggling along with her husband.

"What are you four laughing about?" Olivia smiled, as she walked into the playroom. The girls quickly stood and ran to her, but Archie stayed put because he was busy building a tower with his father.

"Momma, where were you?!" Madison exclaimed as she stared her mother down. Olivia reached down and caressed her curls before speaking.

"I had to go see my doctor. And because of that, I need to talk to your Daddy. Could you two help Archie finish his tower?" Olivia asked, and the girls groaned before walking back to their brother. Trevor stood and walked to his wife before looking over her face.

"You have been crying... baby, we can try again." Trevor frowned, before kissing his wife's forehead gently.

"Trevor, I'm pregnant... 6 weeks and they found something," Olivia spoke.

"You are pregnant? What? What did they find?" Trevor asked quietly.

"Look and see for yourself," Olivia spoke. She grabbed the sonogram picture from her purse before passing it to her husband. Trevor and Olivia sat on the stairs, and Trevor looked at the sonogram. He had seen what one looked like with one baby, but then he saw the extra peanut-shaped blob.

"Olivia."

"Do you know what that is?" Olivia asked.

"Is it another baby?" Trevor asked, as tears welled in his eyes and his voice shook.

"It is, Trev... we are having our second set of twins... but at least we know about both babies this time."
