There were plenty of people willing to hold Rosemarie and Madison. They rarely slept in their bassinets because they were too busy sleeping in the arms of their family members. Olivia was still hesitant in regards to holding her children, but she tried her hardest to move past everything. She wanted to have a very active role in the lives of her daughters because she wanted to be different from her mother. She wanted to be more like June. She wanted to shower her kids with love and compassion, something that she never got herself.

"You guys are going to need a bigger place." Tanner sighed, as he sat on the couch that was too small for him just like his brothers and father. Resting against his chest was Madison, who had a special bond with her father and uncle.

"You don't say." Trevor sighed, as he cleaned up Rosemarie's face after she spit up a bit. He and Tanner were the only two at the apartment at the moment because everyone else went to Costco to get more diapers and to stock up on food for a while.

"Well, do you guys want to move into my brownstone?" Tanner questioned, and Trevor eyed his brother quietly.

"What do you mean? You live there and I really know that you don't want to share it with us and these babies." Trevor replied as he tried to motion as much as possible to the messy apartment.

"Actually, I was thinking about asking Alex if we could move in together." He replied.

"Really? You want to move in with her already?" Trevor questioned as he shifted Rosemarie to his shoulder and started to pace the room.

"I'm in love with her, Trevor. I love her more than I had ever loved Sandy. I really want to take the next step. I also want to marry her. Soon. But after you and Liv get married." Tanner replied as he smiled.

"So uh, why do you want to wait? Olivia and I might not get married this fall. We might be waiting a year or two. It depends on how Olivia is doing and how we are adjusting to the twins as they get older."

"Because I don't want to make it seem like we are racing to the alter just to beat you and Olivia. You two got engaged first, so you two should get married first."

Trevor nodded slowly as he finally sank down into a chair and held his baby close.

"How much do you want for your brownstone?" Trevor questioned as he thought about the yard his brother had that would be perfect for his babies. He thought about how it was fenced in and how he could even put a playset in the back for the girls, and whatever other kids come along, to play with.

"Let's say it's a wedding gift, birthday gifts for the rest of your life, and maybe you owe me and Alex free babysitting when we start popping out kids." Tanner grinned. Trevor nodded slowly again before looking at Rosemarie.

"I'll talk to Liv... but I think we may take it."

That night, after everyone went home and they were alone with the babies, Trevor laid in bed beside his fiancee and brought up the brownstone.

"Do you want a house?" Trevor asked as he and Olivia laid looking at their daughters' sleeping between them. Rosemarie was holding on tightly to her mother's pointer finger, while Madison was sleeping all swaddled up with her rosebud lips parted slightly.

"Depends if you plan on buying me one," Olivia replied, as she looked up at the man she loves.

"Tanner is thinking about moving out of his brownstone and offered to give it to us." Trevor smiled.

"It's a beautiful house... but why is he moving? Is he taking the next step with Alex?" Olivia replied.

"I think so. He wants to move in with her, and that's why he's offering us the house. I was thinking it would be nice because then you and I can have plenty of space to run around after these girls. And we'd have places for more kids." Trevor spoke. Olivia yawned and shook her head.

"No more kids for a while. Our luck is that we'll get surprise twins again." Olivia spoke. Trevor nodded before speaking again.

"I want to get married and I want us to get settled again before deciding to have another baby or two. It's just that I want to start planning. I want us to have a real place to call our own before these two get to walking."

"Thank you," Olivia spoke.

"For what?" Trevor laughed softly.

"For just being you. You are amazing. You are kinda an ass sometimes, but you are amazing."

Trevor went back to work three weeks after the twins were born. Olivia wasn't alone, thankfully. But even with June there to help, it was still a hard first day. The twins had an appointment and had to get some shots, and afterward, Olivia had some errands to run. She had to drop her will off with her and Trevor's personal lawyer, even if Trevor was a lawyer they wanted someone different, and then she had to go and talked to Cragen about taking a really long maternity leave until IAB decides if she would have a job or not anymore.

So for the first time, she was introducing Rosemarie and Madison to those that had been family but weren't family anymore.

"Are you sure you don't just want to leave them down here?" June asked as Olivia put both babies in the sling across her chest. Both babies were always so calm when they were that close to their mother, so she knew they would behave during her meeting.

"I'm sure. I can't hide them away from the world forever. I can't hide forever either. But thanks for asking." Olivia replied. She grabbed the diaper bag and put it over her shoulder before turning and looking up at the old building.

"I'm going to go get some coffee. Want anything?" June questioned.

"I'm good. Thanks though. I'll see you soon."
