Back to you pt. 4

Steve finally let me go under cover as Eve. I had on tight jeans and crop top ready to be reunited with my under cover boyfriend Gabriel.

I had some intel that he was drinking at the club so that's where I went. "Amor." I hugged him from behind. "I'm back."

He turned around and smiled. "Eva?!"

"The bust went well thanks to Evelina." Steve clapped with other members of five-o. Catherine soon excused herself but I wasn't bothered by her departure anyways.

I awkwardly smiled not really wanting all the attention. "Thanks guys. Today you are all invited to dinner at Steve's place." I announced and suddenly everyone started to smile even more.

I was sitting at the remote seat, looking at my new friends eating and laughing. I saw how happy and carefree they are and I wished I could be like that.

I saw Catherine desperately trying to get Steve back but he was busy looking somewhere else.

The doorbell ringed and I was the closest so I went to open it. "No way, Lou Grover." I gave my old friend a hug. "You were the last person I taught to meet in Hawaii."

Lou pulled me deeper in a hug. "Evelin. I heard you came so I had to see it with my own eyes."

Steve was now standing behind us, sipping beer. "You two know each other?"

"Long story." I invited him in and brought some more food and snacks.

It's been late and because I haven't slept well I was slowly drifting off to sleep. "I will take her upstairs." Steve offered and I semi heard him. I felt his strong arms lift me up and I adjusted my head on his hard chest.

Steve tucked me in his bed and put covers up right to my chin, because he knew this is how I like it. I taught he has left already but then I felt his lips touching my temple.

I soon drifted of to deep sleep that didn't last long. I heard wooden floor quick and before I knew it, someone had his hand on my mouth. I tried to push him away but he was too strong.

He put out a knife and pressed it to my throat at the very last second I kicked him in his chest so he flew away and I could finally saw his face. "Murdock."

"Hello pretty baby." He licked my blood off of the blade. "Prison was so boring without you." He started walking closer.

I wanted for him to come close because you needed him close enough. He took a big step towards me and I punched him under his chin, at the spot that was the most sensitive. He stopped breathing for a while then ran back from the window, breaking it.

Steve and the others downstairs heard the thump and have ran straight to me, guns out. When Steve saw my cut on throat he dropped to his knees and pulled me closer. "What happened?"

I could only say one word. "Murdock"
