I hate that is Christmas time this year because I will spend it alone. Everything lost its puprose when me and Steve broke things off and the worst thing is, I have to see him every single day at work.

I exhaled deeply and put my legs on the desk. I've been feeling so tired lately but the job just doesen't stop even for holidays. Adam knocked on my glass door, waving his hands to follow him. "Two armed Santas just robbed the security man who was transfering the money. The are hidding in the mall." He explained while we were driving.

"Santa's ha?" I giggled. "Thats one way to ruin Christmas."

We all arrived to the mall and Junior parked a wan full of people. "Hey I brought backup." I looked at them feeling guilty. "These are retired army solders."

They greeted and I shook their hands, thanking them for years in service. "Dont feel quilty for us because we would go through it all over again." Robby, the one who lost both legs told me. "So what can we do?"

Steve looked at them for a second then he paired one of them with one of us. An hour later we cought both Santas. Steve thanked them and invited all of us at his christmass party.

When I arrived everyone was already there and Junior opened the door for me. It felt weird knocking on the house that was my home for the past five and a half years but I am gratefull Steve didn't open it. "Hey Y/N, nice to see you, I'm happy you could make it."

"You sound like Steves new girlfriend." I joked, making him smile.  "Dont worry I'm not jealous."

"You should be." Steve whispered behind me, sending shivers down my spine. "He is a great maid."

"Now I'm ofended." I acted hurt, cousing both of them to laugh. I miss his laugh and this very second my mind keps asking why did we parted ways anyway? "Where's food?"

Steve pointed to a table packed with diferent food so I walked there when he started with his speach. "I wanna thank you guys for helping me and my team today we wouldn't cought them without your help..."

My phone started ringing so I picked it up. "Miss Y/N?'

"Speaking..." I suddenly felt sick at the voice of my doctor. I went to the hospital in the morning due to the headackes and sickenss I lately have and I was sure the news were about to be bad.

She gulped down before she started talking. "I have to give you an update... We have made some test and looks like you are pregnant. Congratulations."

I stood there is dissbelief. "Excuse me, can you repeat that please?" I looked at the others but they were all looking at me.

"You are gonna have a baby. You are a mont and a half in." She chuckled. "I'll give you more informations on monday, have a good Christmas."

My phone slipped from my hands and hit the sofa. "I'm pregnant..." I repeated.

Steve smiled and ran towards me. He picked me up and twirled me around. "I'm gonna me a father." He cheered.

"Why are you so happy this is terrifiing." I laughed. "I have never bren so scared in my life." I cried.

"Marry me." Steve proposed and there was silence from all of the quests. "I love you marry me?" He waited for an answer.

I closed my eyes picturing how my life would be in ten years. "I will." I want this. I want him and my baby, together. "Marry christmass."
