"Thank you for taking me home," Jillian said to Darren outside her house.
"I wasn't kidding when I said I don't want to let you out of my sight."
Jillian let out a laugh. "I know you weren't."
Jillian looked up at the night sky.
"Would showing you a constellation make you feel better?" Darren offered.
Jillian smiled at him. "Sure."
"Alright, look up over there. See those nine main stars?"
"Yes."
"That's Cygnus. It means swan."
"Oh, my god, I see the swan shape."
"Alpha Cygni is it's brightest star. In Greek mythology, Cygnus has been identified with several different legendary swans. Zeus disguised himself as a swan to seduce Leda, Tyndareus's wife, who gave birth to the Gemini, Helen of Troy, and Clytemnestra. Orpheus was transformed into a swan after his murder, and placed in the sky next to his lyre; and the King Cygnus was transformed into a swan."
"It's beautiful."
"I'm exhausted. It's been a very long day," he sighed.
"It definitely has."
Darren pulled her to him. "Goodnight, Sirius. I love you."
"I love you, too."
He gave her a lingering kiss, and waited until she was inside to drive off. ~
Tuesday, March 17 6:30am
Jillian woke up to the sound of her phone ringing.
Ughhhh.
"Hello?" She answered.
"Hey, Jill! I need help," Monica said over the phone.
"What's going on?"
"Those bio notes from last week, do you still have them? I can't find mine and the quiz is tomorrow."
"Uh, yeah I think so. I'll bring them in with me today."
"Thank you so much."
Jillian hung up the phone.
They should be around here somewhere.
Jillian looked through her desk.
Here's a bunch of notes.
She suddenly stopped when she came across a birthday card from last year given to her by Cameron.
