Monday, January 20th
7:00am

"Hey, guys," Cassiopeia joined her friends by the lockers.

"Are you alright?" Stella asked.

"I'm fine. I just keep thinking about Jaime."

"We all are," Rebecca said.

"Who do you think the guy at the funeral was?" Stella asked.

"I keep thinking about him too," Indigo said.

"Are you sure we've never seen him before?" Rebecca questioned.

"I'm not," Stella shrugged.

"I can't be sure either," Indigo replied.

"He was just asking so suspicious. Who spies on a funeral?" Cassiopeia wondered.

"Maybe he didn't want to be seen," Stella offered.

"Well, he didn't do a great job at that," Indigo commented.

"Maybe we'll talk more about this later, we should get to class," Rebecca said.

"Yeah, I guess so," Stella shrugged.

"Bye, guys," Indigo said.

1:00pm

"Hey, Cassie," Oliver said to her as she sat down.

"Hey."

"I... heard about Jaime."

"Yeah... her funeral was Saturday."

"Yeah, unfortunately I couldn't make it. But, my brother said he went for a little bit."

"Your brother?"

"Yeah, my older brother."

"Oh! He was the one that threw the Halloween party that Jaime made us go to."

"Yeah."

"I don't think I've even seen him before."

"Really? He used to go to school here. He was a senior though when we were freshmen."

"Is that why she wanted to go to the party so badly? So see him?"

"I don't know. Honestly, I didn't see them together all night. But, that could just mean they snuck off together, too."

"Were they ever involved?"

"I know she had a huge crush on him freshman year. But, he wasn't interested in dating someone so young. But, since she's an adult now, I guess he started taking more of an interest. Which is why I guess he went to the funeral."

"Wait, what's your brothers name?"

"John."

2:30pm

"That was his brother at the funeral?" Indigo asked.

"I guess so. His name is John," Cassiopeia answered.

"John?"

Cassiopeia and her friends were together again in her bedroom.

"His name starts with J," Stella said.

"And he's older," Rebecca added.

"But... why was she sneaking around? What were they hiding?" Indigo wondered.

"I don't know," Stella shrugged.

"Maybe he had a girlfriend," Rebecca offered.

"Oliver didn't mention he had a girlfriend," Cassiopeia told her.
