Chapter 5 : The faded feeling

"Daddy, where's mommy?.." I asked my dad. He look at me with a smile.

"Somewhere important, Sab.." He simply replied. I frown and continue to eat. But..

"Important? What's with the important?.." My dad took a heavy breath then look at me straight to my eyes.

"She find some medicine for your disease.."

"Oh? O-okay.." Napayuko ako. I feel that I am the reason why they suffer. Mahirap manghanap ng donor. I can't play outside with somebody. Hindi dapat ako mapagod. Kaya palaging si  mommy at daddy o minsan si Tita Felicia ang nakakasama ko.

"Sab, always remember it is not your fault.." I smiled.

But my smile fade away when I feel the pain in my heart. I feel that it was crumbs by a big hands.

My tears fall. I look at my dad who quickly catch me.

"Hold on, Sab! Mommy will be here!.."

Present

"Wake up! Sleepy head!.." I open my eyes and saw Teya. Nakataas ang kilay habang nakalagay sa bewang ang magkabilang kamay. Sinamaan ko sya ng tingin at pumikit ulit.

"Wow! Three days ka ng absent! Tapos may balak ka pang umabsent ulit! You really getting into my nerves, young Lady! Wake up!! Daig mo pa nahiwalayan ng gowa!!...eh, wala ka namang gowa!!!.."

"Ano?! Dahil ba sa pagkawala ng first kiss mo!? You should be thankful dahil napaka gwapo ang nakakuha non!.."

Inis akong tumayo at pumunta sa banyo. Teya really annoying sometimes. Tsk! Hindi ako marupok!
