Scar has insomnia and sometimes doesn't sleep at all, cub around Season 5 noticed and forced his convex buddy to sleep, only to end up finding out he couldn't , cub now helps scar sleep whenever he can

Maybe while doc and scar were testing the time machine found a secret button grian installed that allows you to go to someone past, doc and scar being interested, pressed it....not expecting the events of YHS, they followed and stalked younger grian as the events happened, and they come back and they both agree to keep a eye out for Grian.
Xisuma knows, au
Xisuma knows grian was a a watcher, he has no idea what happened while grian was a watcher but he knows it wasn't good, he regularly finds grian in a panicked state, or sobbing, he's also noticed that grian tends to flinch at knifes and bombs during the war, it's confusing to him, he start taking notes and jokily called grian gree-on, he was startled to find grian flinching back and tears begin to peek in his eyes, he now taking notes on grian and is very worried.
