Suitor
That night we talked and he spend his night with me. He sleep in our house, guestroom. And I slept in my room, we exchange numbers and we talk about random things. At nalaman kong he's already thirty, no girlfriend since birth, no ex, have a huge crush on me. Napangiti ako, it was really a magical night.
Gumulong-gulong ako sa kama, lunes ngayon at wala akong planong pumasok sa clinic. I cancel all my appointments, I need another day to be free. My phone beep.

Hindi na matanggal pa ang ngiti ko. Even his text is so clear and proper. I find it manly. I was about to type a reply when he called.
"Hey.." Bati ko. Hindi ko manlang makilala ang boses ko. Shit!
"Good morning, baby.." His voice is wide awake. Rinig na rinig ko ang ingay sa background. "Where are you?" I asked.
"Nasa campo, sorry for the noise. I just wanna hear your voice"
My heart sink, oh, boy. Umaga pa para kiligin.
"Good morning, One. Please take care.." I heard his soft curses. I bit my lower lip. "I will, baby, see you around." He said.
"Goodbye, Ralia.."
"Bye, One" Hinihintay kung ibababa niya ang tawag pero hindi niya binaba. "You hang up first." He said.
"Okay," I said. I hang up and I was grinning like an idiot. I take a bath and I go downstairs. My Mama is ready to go, si Papa naman ay naghihintay lamang sa kanya.
"Good morning, anak, sorry maaga kami. We have a seminar to Batangas, pasensya kana at hindi namin nasabi kaagad sa'yo. One will comapany you here."
My family really trust him.
"Okay, Ma."
"And.." She pause and kiss my cheek.
"Two days kami doon and alam mo na.."
Oh, boy. My mother is excited than me.
"Mama, manliligaw ko palang po si One. Huwag ho kayong ganiyan at isa pa we are still young-" She cut my sentence.
"You're not young anymore, Ralia. You are twenty nine years old and One is thirty. It's the perfect age for marriage! At isa pa, we are not getting younger, your Mama and Papa, we need Apo, a chikiting here, running around and call us Lola and Lolo"
Napasapo ako sa aking noo, my Mama is really advanced for thinking about things between me and One. They leave our house going to Batangas and here I am left alone. Yurki is now in Greece, he have a mission. Moncke is now in Korea to talk to his mother, Martina is now in her Europe tour for the nth time and Syren is now in Boracay, may gaganapin daw na Pet adoption doon. She want to have a pet.
May niluto si Manang na pakbet kaya ayon nalang ang kinain ko, brunch. Late na akong nagising, e. Masyadong hectic ang schedule ko last week kaya napa-trabaho ako kahapon. I decided to stay home, watch netflix and open some of my media accounts.

I tap accept and I saw his pics, it was him with his company. No sign of a girl, just him and his friends. I stalk him. At hindi ko namalayang tanghali na pala. Kumulo lang ang sikmura ko kaya kumain na ako, good thing manang cook lunch already at sabay pa kaming kumain. I spend my afternoon watching Game of Thrones, season 8. First, I like the first to fourth episodes but to five and six? Hell, I am deeply disappointed.
I was disappointed to Jon Snow, why would he kill Dany if he loves her? Why would he kill Dany in first place? He clearly don't want the throne but here he is, ending the reign of the Lannisters. The series is a open eyes for everyone, there you will realize that even how great you are there will always a bad side. That life is not that colorful the way it is, that love can be a ruthless game unless you play it well.
"Hey, baby." His breath take my sanity. Damn, he's effect on me. It was clearly two weeks since we last meet. He is still my 'manliligaw' even he do those sweet gestures at me, siya lang ang manliligaw kong pinapayagan akong halikan.
His hand is now in my waist, feeling mo naman may pupuntahan ako. "The ending sucks, " He commented when we watch the last episode of GOT.
"Yeah, he killed his aunt but he love her" I said.
"That's not suitable for kids, it's really an adulthood kind of series.." He concluded. I agree, I took a popcorn on his bowl. We are now watching A walk to Remember. We just finish eating dinner and here we are watching and eating again.
"Tell me, baby, I am still your manliligaw?" Damn, his conyo accent is addictive.
"What do you think?" I innocently asked him. I look at him, nakataas ang isang kilay at naka-half grin. "So, it is a yes or no?"
"You bet" I said, grinning.
"Okay," He kissed me. Kasabay niyon ang paghalik ni Landon kay Jamie.
"See, it's a yes. You never decline my kiss so, it's a yes"
"Alright, alright, you got the answer, Commander" Mabilis nito ako hinigit palapit sa kaniya. "You really made me crazy, damn. You're really mine, please don't wake me up if I'm just dreaming" His voice is husky.
"You're not dreaming, Commander. I answer you, you're not my suitor anymore." I said and pinch his nose. His nose is in my cheeks right now, maya maya pa ay nasa balikat ko na ang hininga niya.
"You made me happy today, thank you, baby. Even you answer me, I am still waiting for you to say you loved me too, becase me, baby I'm drown. Lunod na lunod ako, hulog na hulog. Sagad na sagad"
And that leave my mouth half open, naitikom ko lang iyon nang tiningnan niya ang mga mata ko. "How can you posses me with your eyes? How can you made my heart in spend in just milliseconds? Damn, baby. I hope you answer that soon, coz me I already know what it is.."
