Where am I making my life more complicated or difficult than it has to be?
My grandparents. With me usually refusing to see them, it's making mine and my parents lives a lot more complicated.

And to answer your questions of how I got the first two, I had a dentist appointment. No, you probably won't get any of these if you go to the dentist, I just have a high sensitivity to all of these things, and bad luck with dentists.
