In my personal point of view, the longer it takes to get something, the better it is when you get it.
Alright, here's an example that I probably shouldn't know, but I don't care.
You have wine, or you're making it or something, and it has just been made recently. It's probably closer to grape juice than it is to wine. It's not very good, and you don't feel like you've accomplished anything. You need to let it ferment, which can take weeks, or even years.
But the longer you let it ferment, the better it will be.
Voila, same concept.
