Do I allow myself to really feel my emotions?
I, I don't know? I'm not really considered an emotional person, but I don't know when that started. I never really feel like I show much emotion, but I definitely pick up on others emotions. I guess something happened that made me not as emotional, and I just don't remember it?
I definitely feel emotions, I just don't show them as easily or as often as others. Well, sometimes I do, but nothing really changes between days I don't and days I do. I've actually been showing more emotion recently, so why is that changing?
Recently I've been trying not to push emotions away, I've been meditating every night, and that really helps with coping and accepting stuff.
Back to the question.
I guess yes? If I don't feel emotions often, then does that mean I just feel them for the strongest things? Then I would only feel my true emotions right?
I'll have to look into that.
Do y'all allow yourselves to really feel your emotions?
