change your day. If you're positive when you wake up, then it's easier to be positive for the rest of the day, instead of going from negative to positive.

It's kind of like the ripple effect, the ripple is easier to start in the morning, and once it's started it can keep you positive for the rest of the day.

Or it could be like riding a bike, once you get started it gets easier to stay there.

I believe this quote was originally said by the Dalai Lama, but I'm not sure  if it was even originally said by the Dalai Lama, that's just the only famous person to have said it was the Dalai Lama.
