Crybaby stressed the tension. It was so thick she could cut through it with a knife; the tension between her and Angelita. Between her and Ben. Between Angelita and Ben. Angelita and Ben? Crybaby thought about it for a bit.

"...So, I wanted all three of us to spend some time together. We're in the same friend group anyway," Crybaby finished explaining to Angelita and Ben after lunch. Angelita stood next to him with her arms crossed, giving him dirty looks. Ben had his hands behind his back, rocking from side to side with nervousness.

"'Same group of friends'?" Angelita questioned.

"Yeah, you know; Me, you, Ben, Celeste, Fleur, Magnolia. We're all on the same side," Crybaby explained.

Angelita sighed sharply and nodded, "Sure," she said sarcastically as she glanced at Ben.

"Is that not the case?" Ben asked, his palms up with confusion.

Crybaby sighed, "Have you guys seen any of the others?"

"I think I saw Celeste somewhere this lunch period," Ben replied, turning to look around.

Crybaby quickly raised her head to look around, "Thanks. I'm going to go try and find her," she told them and then walked off. Angelita gave Ben one more glare and started making her way to her bench.

Crybaby scanned just about every group of people she saw. She looked in corners and at benches, becoming increasingly impatient. Just as she almost decided to give up, she lifted her head up high to see past a few more people, and she noticed Celeste isolated and leaning against a wall. Crybaby gasped and ran up to her, "Celeste, hi!" She exhaled in excitement.

"Crybaby! I missed you," Celeste hugged her, "How's it been?" She asked Crybaby once she pulled back, her hands still on her arms. Crybaby started, "Uh... school's been good. But there's a problem with Angelita. I wanted to ask you for advice."

Celeste smiled, "Yeah, of course. Is the issue really bad?"

"I don't even know, to be honest. She won't tell me what's bothering her."

The bell rang, signaling the kids to go back to class.

"Okay. Why don't you call me later so we can talk about it? You got my number," Celeste suggested.

"Yeah, okay, I will," Crybaby nodded. The two of them shared another short hug and then parted ways.
