Chapter 9

Matt and Mark raced over to Andrew's house and almost ran over people while speeding. "That is the last straw for those guys. No one messes with Danny and get's away with it" Matt said with an unsettling smile.

Matt said," You better not hold me back again".

"Don't worry I have been wanting to do this for a while now, but don't kill them. I want to ask them questions" Matt said while he continued to smile.

"Ask what?"Mark asked annoyed that he couldn't do what he wanted.

"I want to know how they found out where Danny lives. What they want with Danny and if who I thought is behind this really is" Matt said in one breath.

"What?"Mark asked not catching a single word of what Mart said.

"I'll explain later because we are here," Matt said while already getting out of the car. Matt polity knocked on the door and when Andrew opened it, Matt punched him in the face and Andrew stumbled backward, clutching his now broken nose. Mark went in and found Danny unconscious on the couch so Mark growled, "What did you do to her?".

"I'll be honest. You caught me off guard with that punch Smiler. Also, I just put your little friend to sleep. No need to worry about her being hurt" Andrew said while getting the blood off his face.

Matt continued to smile and said, "You know, I should congratulate you and Charles for achieving your goal of getting me how I was before. You know what happens when you see Smiler right?".

"I got the other one," Mark said with Charles looking half-dead on his shoulder.

"You want to take care of this one?" Matt asked while pinning Andrew to the wall. Little did he know that Andrew had a knife in his sleeve and when Matt looked away, he cut Matt's arm and he escaped from his grip.

"Did you really think that you could beat me that easy? I called you here knowing very well that you would not give up willingly, so meet my lovely assistant" Andrew said smugly. A little boy came out and quickly charged towards Matt and Matt was only able to dodge the blade at the last second. He didn't want to hurt a kid, but he couldn't let them win, so he only went on the defensive with the kid while Mark dealt with Charles and Danny.

"Have you really stooped so low that you have children do your dirty work? You are a coward Andrew" Matt said while continuing to avoid the child trying to spear him.

Andrew said, "I am being resourceful and this kid has to repay me for saving his life".

"He doesn't owe you anything. He is only a kid" Matt said.

"Oh, but he does. I spared him and have been training him since I last saw you. He is a fast learner, faster than I was at his age" Andrew said.

"You are sick" Matt spat.

"So are you, even more than I am" Andrew remarked.

"Yeah, but I don't get children to do my dirty work" Matt argued.

"You don't understand. If it weren't for you, this child wouldn't be here like this"Andrew said with a smirk.

"How is this my fault? It was your plan! You manipulated me for your own selfish needs!" Matt yelled while trying to stop his arm from bleeding.

"But you were the boss, were you not?" Andrew said while making his way towards Danny.

Mark tried stopping him, but Charles woke up and grabbed him so he couldn't move. Every time Matt would try to get to Andrew, the kid would stop him. 'This kid has a lot of agility and stamina to be able to keep this up against me. What have they done?'Matt thought as he continued to evade getting stabbed.
