Chapter 17

  Once Sebastian got off the phone, everyone was looking at him and he said, "I have to go meet my brother at my office. Would you all like to come? I do not want to have to leave and you take everyone in your car, Danny".

"I have always wanted to see what your office was like," Danny said while smiling.

Liz laughed and said, "I have to get James back home before mom thinks I stole him. After I do that, I would love to come. What about you two boys? You guys are like a package deal. Always together".

"We are not always together. I am simply making sure that Danny's brother does not get hurt" Mark said not admitting the truth.

Matt looked at Matt and corrected, "Actually, I am in charge of him, so I have to be near him at all times. I would love to see his new office and so will Mark since he needs to get out more".

"I am going to hurt you when we get back" Mark growled towards Matt.

Matt leaned near Mark's ear and whispered backed, "I'm so scared".

"Watch your back, Alexander. I will get you back for that" Mark promised.

"Sure thing Mark," Matt said with a smirk.

Everyone went to Sebastian's office, after dropping off James, and when they entered, Sebastian's brother said, "Oh good you brought them. You may or may know what I am about to tell you, but it is important".

"It must be if you came all the way here in person. What happened?" Sebastian asked concerned.

His brother said, "Well there is a group who is targeting an odd audience consisting of mentally ill people of high social class".

"Why?" Sebastian asked, hopeful his brother would know.

"We caught one and apparently they are trying to get rid of all imperfections in the government," his brother said with a sigh.

"Not another group of people who try to ' rid of the world's imperfections'. That is the most annoying type of criminal" Sebastian groaned.

"Agreed, but they are after Danny and Liz," his brother said seriously.

That got everyone's attention and Liz said, "There were people we encountered earlier today who said their boss wanted us".

"That was most likely them," Sebastian's brother said.

Matt turned to him and asked, "Why do they want them? Liz and Danny didn't do anything".

"You are right, but their group thinks that those two girls can help rid of any imperfections. We must not let them have either" Sebastian's brother stated.

"Why would we? They are not leaving our sight" Matt stated.

"Well, that goes without saying. I won't let anyone take them" Mark said seriously.

"We need to come up with a way to keep them safe. Any ideas?" Matt asked while getting closer to Danny and Liz.

"For right now, we need to keep them from being out in public alone. Is that okay with you two?" Sebastian's brother asked.

"If that is how it must be, then I am fine with it," Danny said while sitting in a swivel chair.

"So we are staying here for now? That's fine by me" Liz said while sitting on the desk.

"How come you two are so laid back?" Mark asked the two girls.

"Liz and I have been in worse situations than this and we have learned how to stay calm. Also, it is nothing new that someone wants's to take us for their advantage" Liz said while leaning her arms on the desk.
