Jen's P.O.V.

Chapter 40

"We have some news on josh." The a short, pale doctor said.

I sucked in a breath and grabbed Elizabeth's hand.

"He is awake." The doctor said, I felt a huge weight lifted off of my chest.

"Can I see him?" I asked, taking a step forward.

"I think it would be best if you let him rest for a while, you can see him in about 2 hours." He informed us before walking away.

I sighed, but even that couldn't wipe the smile off of my face. My Josh is alive, my world is moving again.

After about half an hour, the doctor returned.

"You can come and see him now. Since he woke up he hasn't shut up about seeing you. Come on, Jennifer." I smiled so wide it must have looked like a grimace.

I walked into the room and when I saw josh, i lost it.

"Jennifer." He whispered.

"Oh my god... Josh." I ran to his side and kissed him, so passionately it was like we hadn't seen each other in years.
"I missed you josh." I whispered, tears running down my face.
"I missed you too, jen." He smiled, letting a tear of his own drop. I wiped it away before smiling down at him. I laid my head on his chest before sleep took over.

Okay so this is a short chapter and I will do an extra long one in the week :) YAY JOSH IS ALIVE!!!
