"Life has a way of doing so much, and so little at the same time....Your happy and have everything you could ever imagine...and then it's taken from you"

"Aish...why must the sun be so bright" Taehyung groaned "Why does your face have to be so squishy...or why is your voice so deep in the mornings" Jungkook asked "The less you know!" Taehyung replied with a giggle, snuggling even closer to Jungkook "Aish, you do realize I have a family get together today right?" Jungkook asked "I do..." Taehyung replied "And you do know your coming right?" Jungkook asked "I know....but I wanna snuggle!" Taehyung giggled "Aish we will! But later" Jungkook spoke with a giggle, Pushing himself away "I'm gonna shower, so be deciding on your outfit!" The younger smiled before leaving.

Taehyung smiled, but soon his smile turned into a frown.
His mind went to his family.
It went to his mom, who doesn't even talk to him now, to his horrible dead father.
To his passed on grandparents.
His life being an only child, a child surrounded by guards and rules.

He felt a small emptiness where his family was, and the thought of that made the elder tear up, and in seconds those tears flooded.
He put a hand over his mouth, his tears flowing "Hey Tae, there's two soaps in the bathroom and-....T-Tae?!" Jungkook spoke speed walking to the elder "Are you okay?" Jungkook asked "I-I feel empty Jungkook" Taehyung spoke "What?" The younger asked "I have no family left now...that space feels....empty" Taehyung spoke "Tae..." Jungkook spoke "Your family may be gone...but you know what we have?" Jungkook asked "What?" The elder replied "Our own family, we may just be two now...but maybe in the future, we can adopt some little children of our own, and you can be the father yours never was" Jungkook spoke and Taehyung smiled "Thank you Jungkook..." Taehyung spoke with a smile "I wanted to do something...something I haven't gotten the chance to do yet" Jungkook spoke

"Yeah? What's that?" Taehyung replied "this" the younger spoke before he leaned down, his eyes staring right into Taehyungs before he kissed him "This, I haven't gotten to kiss you first" Jungkook spoke "Cutie.." Taehyung spoke with a blush on his face

"Thank you Jungoook....Thank you"

The family get together was beyond amazing.
The acceptance and love both Taehyung and Jungkook felt was undeniable, and the pure joy in the air made anyone smile.
Jungkook and Taehyung felt loved, they both felt warm and safe.

Taehyung felt his void closing.
The emptiness was leaving him.
But it left just enough.
For the future

And Jungkook.
Once taken.
And broken.
But now.
Healed.

"Jungkook...when you look up at the sky what do you think"

"I think that I'm glad I'm able to see the world again, no more darkness, and no more pain....just the sky, the never ending stars and endless life....it gives me hope"

"I see hope too...."

"Hope?"

"I think that should be our daughters name"

"Hope"

"Hope...it's...beautiful"

"One day.
When we get married.
And find our lives again.

We'll have...children of our own"

"I'm so glad I met you Jungkook"

"Pfff- why?"

"And I'll Jeon Jungkook....never give up on you"
