Type: Emmiter
Description: User has the ability to control the light around them.
Special Move: Light Travel; can travel at light speed for about 30 seconds; will be blind for 10-50 minutes after; all other senses would increase though
Other Uses: Light Shield; Light explosions(kinda like Bakugou's but smaller), works better in daylight
Drawbacks: Blood can flood vision temporarily

Midoriya
Quirk Name: Multiplier
Type: Emmiter
Description: When touching someone the user can increase the speed, strength, or overall quirk power on someone. But it stops when the user stops touching the person
Special Move: Power Trinity; User can increase all three abilities of a person; Will collapse if they use it longer than a minute
Other: Caffeine increases time to do use quirk
Drawbacks: Handaches, possible dizziness; person used on for too long gets cramps

Todoroki
Quirk Name: Water Manipulation
Type: Emmiter
Description: User can manipulate water; this includes the water inside them
Special Move: Tsunami; Uses nearby water to create a tsunami; could also get hit by tsunami; Gets really dehydrated and exhausted afterwards
Other: Most powerful in rain or water in general; Can change temperture of water but takes more energy
Drawbacks: Exhaustion; cramps; dehydration

Kirishima
Quirk Name: She-Devil
Type: Transformation
Description: Can turn into demon looking creature
Special Move: None yet(if you want you can up with one)
Other: Boosts strength, speed, agility, reaction time; sharper teeth, longer and sharper nails, black eyes, crimson skin, horns, and tail
Drawbacks: Bleeding from eyes and ears. Coughing blood. Turning back gets more painful the longer in form

Kaminari
Quirk Name : Screen Saver
Type: Emmiter
Description: Can create bulletproof screens that can access the internet as well as cameras
Special Move: Tech Shield; User makes screens cover them completely; Extremely painful yet very defensive
Other: N/A
Drawbacks: The longer a screen is up the user will get an increasing headache; The more screens up they will "glitch" ,so in parts of their body will be in a stabbing like pain.

Iida
Quirk Name: Frost Bite
Type: Emmiter
Description: Rather than creating ice, the user freezes objects(or people) the bigger the object the more energy it will take,
Special Move: Wasteland; Can temporarily freeze surroundings but sometimes not everything in covers, or will break free; user's body will began to get hypothermia
Other: Needs to touch the object or person to try to freeze it. The colder the conditions the better. User is more resistant to cold weather
Drawbacks: gets a cold, body temperature drops, frostbite

Shinso
Quirk Name: Cat
Type: Mutation
Description: Gives user most features of a cat
Special Move: None in particular
Other: Lands on feet, cat ears and tail(color of hair), sharper nails, agile, etc
Drawbacks: None. Although tail is sensitive and user has a dislike of water.
