One month passed and eventually the episodes and visions began to slow down and become less vivid. To say I am relived is an understatement.

My last episode was a day before I was supposed to get my test results back. It simply involved light that gently faded into blackness. It made thinking about dying a lot easier.

Today's the day I get my results back; I'm nervous to say the least. Harri has a day off today, thankfully. He'll be there with me when the envelope arrives. It's only one result, but it's the one that means the most to me.

Me and him sat on the sofa for most of the day, we watched the entire season of Firefly. The envelope arrives quite late.

The clink of the mailbox sends my heart racing, the drop of the envelope on the floor sends it into hyper speed. I get up, my fingers twitching ever so slightly. I see on the floor, two envelopes, both addressed to me.

One has writing I don't recognize, in fact, it doesn't have any written on it at all.

My results.

The other, however, has incredibly familiar handwriting that sends chills down my spine.

Harry's.

"What has he sent you?" Harri asks, standing behind me.

"A letter, I think."

"Open it." I nod and bend down to pick it up. I tear open the letter to reveal a drawing of a lemon.

"What?" I ask in confusion. Harri tuts.

"Useless..." and he goes to sit back down on the sofa. I stuff the letter in my pocket; it obviously means something. My eyes return to the other envelope. I pick it up and walk back to the sofa, procrastinating. I'm good at procrastinating, I really am.

Stop it Elizabeth, stop!

Open the letter.

Go on.

Do it. I take a deep breath and hold it. I open it up quickly and shut my eyes tightly closed. I fumble with the paper in my hands for a while.

"Oh my God, El! El! Open your eyes!" Harri says excitedly from beside me. I carefully open one eye.

A.

No, wait. What's that thing next to it?

A*.

My head shakes in disbelief and my body trembles with excitement.

"Oh my God...!" I say breathlessly.

"El! You did it!" I turn to him and look him in the eyes. His eyes hold an emotion I never knew possble- He's proud.

"Oh my God... I did it..." Harri engulfs me in his arms.

"I'm so proud of you! I'm so so so proud." I smile and hug him back, my paper still in my hand. He kisses the crown of my head. "You can reach your dream! You can do it now!"

"I know..."

"What's the matter?"He unwraps his arms so I can face him. My hands are held by his.

"It's just... My dream, it's finally coming true. I just can't believe it." He smiles proudly at me again. "I-I need to go upstairs, we can celebrate tomorrow." Harri nods in agreement and helps me up. "You haven't fed in a while," I say, noticing the colour of his eyes.

"Yeah, two days now."

"You know what I'm going to ask." He nods.

"Let's go upstairs first though," he picks me up in a fireman's hold and I hang there, looking at the floor as it rushes by me. He walks upstairs and my body bounces uncomfortably on his shoulder. I bite my lip to prevent me from crying out. He opens a door and puts me down on the bed. I sit cross-legged, my face slightly hot from being carried upside down.

Oooohhh, I get it now.

All my blood is near my neck now. Huh.

He smiles, "yup, you got that right." He sits down across from me, his legs in the same position as mine. I scoot closer to him. He takes an arm in each hand and begins to move his hands up and down smoothly. I turn my hands so they grip the inside part of his elbow.

He leans towards me and brushes my hair out of the way with his nose. His bare breath on my bare skin sends soft shivers up and down my neck. I chew the inside of my cheek. He lightly brushes his lips against the skin before he pierces it.

The hot, sharp pain immediately spreads throughout that side of my neck. I grip his arms slightly.

"I'm okay, keep going," I say as he flinches slightly at my grip. I tell him to stop when I feel dizzy and then I lie down, a few drops of blood still seeping through the holes. He lies next to me and gently runs his tongue over the marks. I try to stifle a giggle.

"Hey, I ain't wasting nothing!" I giggle now.

"Oh, I do love you, you know that, right?" I whisper, looking into his red eyes.

"Yes, and I love you too," I smile and snuggle up to him, inhaling his scent and feeling his body.

Why will this have to change?

I don't fall asleep, but Harri does. I wriggle out of his loose hold and check to see if he is still not breathing. I take out the letter from Harry and look at it in the darkness. I sigh and begin to look for some matches and a candle.

I know for sure there won't be any torches here.

When I do find matches and a small candle, I light it and hold the letter over the flame, but not so close that it burns the paper.

I see something- writing.

Lemon juice writing. Of course. I hold the letter over it some more, and gradually the words became more and more readable.

'Hey, so yeah. Got something for you you might like.

Come meet me at the place you left me at midday tomorrow.

I'm not going to do anything, don't worry.

I'm just going to give you some answers, you deserve them.

~ Harry'

I look at it closely, squinting my eyes. Harri'll be at work, I can easily just say I'm going into town to get some shopping done.

Yeah, I'll do that.

I look over at Harri again. I hear something- breaths. I dip the letter into the flame and slowly it catches alight. It curls as it burns. I watch it in fascination. It draws nearer and nearer my fingertips. As soon as all the writing disappears I blow it out.

"What're you doing?" Harri asks.

"Burning the letter Harry sent me."

"Oh."

"Can I go out into town tomorrow? To get like, shopping and stuff. And some new clothes."

"Course it is, just keep your phone on in case of an emergency."

"Okay dad!" He laughs and I giggle lightly as I walk back over to the bed. I lie back down next to him and fall asleep in his arms again.

HEYA GUYSSS.

So, I have decided the last chapter will be next Monday. If I feel like an extra chapter is needed after Friday's, then I'll post the last chapter on the Tuesday.

Thanks a bunch for sticking with this book for so long, and don't worry, I'll try and get all the loose ends tied up.
