Hello guys! Happy Thanksgiving! I've decided that since today is a holiday, I'm going to do a special chapter of when Ashley was five and the Hazbins were celebrate Thanksgiving! Enjoy the adorableness!

Ashley walked into the kitchen wearing her little overalls that Angel had bought her. Her Bambi Dad and Aunt Circles were cooking something and Aunt Tiny was setting the table with the help of Aunt Bom-Bom and Aunt Mim-Mim. Aunt X and Spidey Dad were helping around the kitchen and closely watching as Uncle Kitty poured out drinks. Ashley wondered what the fuss was. She walked over and hugged Bambi Dad's leg. He glanced down and smiled.
"Daddy, why is everyone making everything look so nice?" Alastor stopped stirring whatever was in his pot and picked her up.
"Why Darling, it's Thanksgiving! We're all making everything nice for our special dinner, but right before we eat, one of us will say what we're thankful for. Infact, while you wait, why don't you ask everyone what they're thankful for?" Ashley smiled again. She liked that idea.
"Okay! What are you thankful for, Daddy?" Alastor chuckled.
"Well, I'm thankful for venison, jazz, the radio, your Spidey Dad, and of course...YOU!!!" He tossed her up and caught her, sending her into a storm of giggles. He set her on the ground and went back to stirring. "Good luck finding out what everyone is thankful for, Dear!" Ashley fluttered her little wings and sat on the counter next to Aunt Circles.
"Aunt Circles, what are you thankful for?" Aunt Circles looked up for the turkey she was prepping.
"Oh, that's easy! I'm thankful for the hotel, for all of my friends, Aunt X, and you." She placed a finger on Ashley Kuu's nose. "Boop." Ashley giggled and went to Uncle Kitty next.
"What do you want kid?" Uncle Kitty sipped his bottle of strange juice.
"What are you thankful for, Uncle Kitty?" Uncle Kitty blushed a little at the name. He mumbled something about being stunned by an adorable kid.
"Well...I'm thankful for my juice, my friends I guess..." He hesitated before continuing, "I'm pretty thankful for Nifty..." Uncle Kitty blushed again. "I'm thankful for you too, kid." He smiled a little. Ashley flew up and hugged him, which made him blush more.
"Spidey Dad, what are you thankful for?" Ashley sat on the table as she asked. Spidey Dad gave her his usual sly smile.
"I'm thankful for your Bambi Dad." Bambi Dad glared at Spidey from the kitchen, making Ashley Kuu and Spidey Dad laugh. "I'm thankful for you as well, him." He kissed her cheek. As Ashley went to Aunt Mim-Mim, she wondered what she was thankful for herself.
It turns out Aunt Mim-Mim was thankful for Aunt Bom-Bom. Aunt Bom-Bom was thankful for Aunt Mim-Mim and Spidey Dad. Aunt X was thankful for Aunt Circles. Aunt Tiny was thankful for all her new friends...and Uncle Kitty. Ashley noticed that they were all thankful for her. It made Ashley Kuu wonder why she was so special.

When dinner was ready, Aunt Circles looked around and said cheerily, "Who wants to say what they're thankful for?" Ashley raised her hand. Everyone seemed mildly surprised. Aunt Circles nodded for Ashley Kuu to speak. Ashley Kuu hand to stand in her chair because she was so small.
"I'm thankful for books, art, the hotel." Everyone chuckled and Ashley gave them all an annoyed look for interrupting her. They all went silent. "I'm also thankful for Aunt Tiny, Uncle Kitty, Aunt Bom-Bom, Aunt Mim-Mim." All four of them blushed, "I'm thankful for Aunt Circles and Aunt X." Those two blushed as well. Ashley smiled a little, "And I'm very the for my Spidey Dad and my Bambi Dad." She plopped back down in her seat as everyone else clapped a little. Ashley's dads smiled and looked close to tears.

As Ashley Kuu was tucked into bed, her dads gave her a kiss each on the cheek. They smiled as she smiled back.
"I love you." She whispered as sleep grasped at her. Her dad's kept smiling.
"We love you too, hun." Spidey Dad cooed. Bambi Dad gave her one last kiss.
"Forever and always."

Ashley Kuu awoke on the roof of the abandoned building she landed on last night. She gave a sad smile as she thought about the Thanksgiving memory she dreapt about. If only life was still so simple and perfect. If only she was still happy all of the time. As she thought of the blissful memory, a voice sounded in her head.
"You can never have memories like that again, not since you no longer have control." Ashley Kuu was frightened by this deep, rumbling, grating, negative voice in her head. She didn't know if it was her conscious, or a separate entity. Was it maybe the voice of the thing trying to control her?
"Go away." Was all she said back. The voice laughed. It was a harsh and evil laugh that was full of maliciousness.
"'Go away.'" it mocked in a high pitch tone, trying to mimic her. "'Go away.'" it mocked again and gave another bone chilling laugh. "How rich. Keep fighting all you want, darling, but I'm not going anywhere." It laughed again, leaving Ashley Kuu feeling helpless and alone.

Hello~ Anyway, I just wanted to say that if I can make this series last until Christmas time, than I'll do a special Christmas chapter too! I hope you liked this one. I thought you guys would like some cuteness from Ashley's childhood. Anyway, BYE!!!
