-29- A Long Day

Deku's POV

Classes had ended and all day I haven't been able to concentrate. When I was walking home to go see my mom for the weekend and as I walked down the streets I saw posters of (Y/N) that said, "(Y/N), Wanted for first degree murder, If you see this person please call (904)###-####" I sighed and held my head down. I was getting close to home when I heard foot steps drawing close to me from an ally way. I look up and see a figure. 'Could it be a thief?! Or a villain?!' But then the figure came into the light and I turned a pale, eyes wide. "(Y/N stuttered)?!"

(Y/N) POV

You saw his curly green hair and stopped in your tracks. You dropped your head and whispered, "I'm sorry..." and ran back into the ally way tears running down your face. You looked down at your clothes. 'Shit...' They still had the little of blood that you had gotten on your self. You looked behind you to find that he had chased after you. You quickly stopped in your tracks and once Izuku had caught up he stopped. You didn't turn around, you just stood there for a bit before speaking. "Why are you following me? You heard the news right? So why?" You were staggering through sentences because you were still crying. He reached out a hand but then stopped and quickly put it back down. "It's because...it's because I..." You got tired of his stuttering and yelled out, "Go on!" And then he spoke in the clearest and most sure tone that he's ever spoken to you or anybody you knew. "It's because I love you, (Y/N)." Your crying stopped and your words were stuck in your throat but he proceeded. "At first I wasn't sure, I wanted to get to know you better. That's why I asked you out that day. But, now i'm sure. I know what I feel isn't just how I want to feel, I actually feel that way. Please, don't go..." He embraced you in a hug. He was warm and it felt nice and comforting. You felt safe. You wiped the tears from your face and looked up at his emerald eyes and he smiled. Your face turned a slight pink and you smiled back just a little bit then it faded. "What am I gonna do..? I can't go back to UA..." He looked around and looked back at you. "I have an idea."

//Time Skip//

He told you his plan and he had left. He had told you to wait in the same place for a bit and he'd be back. You waited patiently for a bit and saw a figure walking into the ally way. "Izu-!" You stopped when you saw who it was. It wasn't Izuku but that spiky haired bitch. "What do want Bakugo? How did you know I was here anyways?" He sighed. "I saw that damn nerd running into the ally way and so here I am. Now why the hell did you kill your own mother?! Don't tell me you didn't! I can see the blood stains on your shirt!" You we're surprised why he seemed so worried. "What are you worried about me? Aww that's sweet, didn't actually think you cared." You tone was cocky and he started to get pissed. "Of course i'm worried! I wasn't kidding when I said that shit to you!" He grabbed you by the collar of your shirt. "I wasn't f**cking kidding about 'that' either." He leaned towards you and kissed you. You tried to push away but you couldn't. His grip was to strong, you gave up as he dragged you into a long, heartfelt kiss. When he finally ran out of breath he let you go. "What the hell?!" You exclaimed. "I love you, (Y/N)..." 'What is going on today?! First having to run away from police and not just one but to guys I like confessed their feelings to me today! Argh!!' "I'm sorry but i'm gonna need you to go. I'm sorry but it's too risky for me to be with you." You slowly pushed him out of the ally way. "What the hell?!" You whispered under your breath, "I'm sorry." He looked at you and nodded. You knew he understood and you watched as he walked off. Once he was too far to see anymore, you sat back down in a corner. It wasn't long until Izuku came back. "Hey, (Y/N). I've got you a pair of clothes and some hair spray dye." He handed you a bag. "Thank you." You walked around the corner of that ally way making sure their weren't any windows near by and started to change.

Deku's POV

I had a plan that would at help (Y/N) our a bit. I would make sure that my mom wouldn't recognize them from the news and invite them over to stay the night. Though just the thought that they are changing clothes just around the corner is just enough to make me embarrassed and nervous. I luckily had some hair spray dye left over from Kirishima and some old clothes that might fit them. I turn around and I see (Y/N) in my old All Might hoodie and bell bottom pants that my mom had bought me in middle school which I never wore. "How do I look?" They asked me. "Y-you look good." My face was red I smiled a bit. I saw (Y/N) sniff the hoodie and I got nervous. "D-does it smell bad?! I'm so sorry! I could have sworn I washed it!" They laughed and I got kinda confused. "It doesn't smell bad at all. It's just that...it smells like you. And that's nice." (Y/N) smiled and I swore my face turned a tomato red at that very moment.

Hey!! Hope you liked the new chapter! It's a hit later than I wanted it to be published but it's longer than most of my other chapters so I still hope you liked it. i was trying to develop the relationship between (Y/N) and Deku while also trying to strengthen (Y/N) bond with Bakugo but it didn't really work out and now it's starting to sound as if (Y/N) is pushing Bakugo away.
