"It's your dream so take responsibility for it. Shut up and go back to sleep."

My two best friends and I stand outside the hospital, both of their parents standing in front of us.
"Hang on, hang on." The Sheriff says, Melissa standing beside him. "They were both in the car?"
"No, we're trying to tell you that it was two separate kidnappings." Stiles explains. "Two doctors, both gone."
"Who's car is this?" The Sheriff asks.
"Dr Hilyard." Melissa answers. "The on-call doctor. The ER attending is the one that never made it in."
"Let me focus on getting your story first." The Sheriff tells Melissa, turning to us. "Guys, just give me a second."
The three of us nod then walk away from them, allowing the two adults to talk about the current situation.
"These are definitely sacrifices, right?" Scott asks.
"Yeah." Stiles simply replies. "Healers."
"Danny isn't a healer though." I begin. "He threw up mistletoe and would've died if he wasn't with Ethan."
Stiles stares off behind us, ignoring my comment. "Scott, can you hear that?"
Scott turns his head slightly in the direction of Melissa and the Sheriff. He stays like that for a few seconds before turning back to us.
"They found the body." Scott tells us.

I wake up to the sound of Melissa trying to get our attention. I groan and rub my eyes to see Isaac and Scott on their feet. I lift my head off of Stiles' chest, blushing as I realise I slept in his arms. I stand up, pulling him up with me.
"What do you think you're doing?" Melissa asks.
"We were watching over you." Isaac quickly replies.
"We wanted to make sure you weren't the third sacrifice." Scott continues.
"But all four of you were asleep?" Melissa questions, nodding her head slightly.
"You were in watch last." Scott says, putting all the blame on Isaac.
"What are you talking about? You were on watch last." Isaac fires back.
"No, I'm pretty sure you were on watch last." I tell Isaac.
Isaac turns to Melissa. "I might have been on watch last."
"My heroes." Melissa comments with a smile. "I'm not anyones human sacrifice today so get your butts to school."
