We're told almost straight after that we needed to get changed into our team colours, discarding our nice clothes and getting into jungle mode.

'Oh my god, we're purple!' I clap happily, now in my sports bra and navy cargo trousers as Myles changes beside me. 'Best colour for the best team, yeah.' He grins, holding out his hand as we fistbump.

'We need a name though.' He finishes as he slips off his wet t-shirt and I get a peek of the abs underneath discreetly. 'Uhhh, how about Stenjo?' I laugh a little bit, but he starts howling.

'Hahahah I love it!' He hi-fives me this time and pulls me into another side hug, him still shirtless and me technically just in my bra. 'This is gonna be sick, I can't wait to get to know you.' He grins down at me, both of us chuckling as we are called back to get in the choppers.

I see James and Caitlyn are in red, Roman and Nadine in yellow, Kate and Andrew in blue and Ian and Jacqueline are in green as we all walk towards the helicopters in a line then separate into our two groups.

Luckily we all had a little time to get acquainted properly before we got changed so I've spoken to everyone before we split up for the next few days.

'You want me to get in first so you don't have to look down out the window?' Myles offers and I smile gratefully, already scared of how high we're going to be. 'If that's alright, yes please.' I breathe deeply. 'It's cool. You got this girl.' He tugs me into his side, hugging me quickly before he climbs in. Then I have to follow.

'I know this is the hardest thing I have ever and probably will ever do. But I know it's only going to make me a stronger and better person. I just really really hope I can do all my friends and family at home proud.'

'Kate you look like you could be a pilot y'know.' I grin as she clambers into her seat, the last of us to get in. 'Do I!?' 'Captain Garraway, MILF Airlines.' Andrew jokes, my eyes widening as we all laugh, feeling the helicopter lifting off the ground. We fly around the Gold Coast, over where we were just stood and I have to make a joke.

'And if you look carefully you can still see Kate finishing her swim.' I point down to the water, everyone laughing as Myles gives me another hi-five. 'Does anyone see anything that we're going towards?' He asks a couple of minutes later.

'No and I don't like it. I don't like it.' Then suddenly we swerve to the side and I almost scream. 'Oh, my, balls.' I grab onto Myles and Ian either side of me, both of them laughing hysterically.

'Full 360!' They seem gassed whereas I joke. 'Anyone got any sickness tablets?' Wishing I was joking.

'Awh they're gone! We should all be together.' Kate sulks, looking for the rest of our jungle team. 'Well, there has to be the haves and have nots.' Ian speaks and I burst into short giggles.

'Yeah, in this case you're the have nots.' Andrew claps back quickly and I cheer. 'Oooh, got ya there!' I slap his arm lightly as he laughs.

'Right, come on. Gotta get eyes open here guys.' Myles stares out the window. As we get closer in land.

'Alright but don't complain when I throw up on you.' I shrug, Myles laughing as he takes my hand with his. 'You got this.' He says and winks once before we turn to look out the window for whatever we're going to be doing.

Then I spot it.

'Oh my fucking god.' I groan as Myles asks, 'What!? What is it!?' And I point to the building.

'There's.' I close my eyes. 'There's two red planks going off the edge of it.' I whine, everyone screaming as we see it. 'Ahhh Ant and Dec are there!'
