Within an hour the kids all needed to go for their naps, the boys going with Nai and Chess to go out and have a little explore of the Gold Coast before they headed home. Mum and Dad offering up the Nanny service for the rest of the day.

Leaving me alone in the pool as Perri also headed in, but to go with Myles' band mates to watch the new Star Wars film at a cinema down the road.

Without me.

I. Was. Fuming.

But forgave him when he promised we'd go see Frozen 2, as soon as we went home.

'You took your time.' I laughed as Roman and Myles suddenly appeared in their swim shorts and shirts.

Somehow Ro looked even better now than in the jungle.

'We waited for you at the other pool for an hour. You dickhead.' Myles jokingly kicked water in my face as I sat against the edge of the pool.

'OI NAH! You never said which one to go to!' I laughed. It's not like they could've even called me to tell me where they were.

I didn't have their phone numbers.

'Whatever.' Roman took off his Hawaiian style shirt, hopping into the pool. Myles not far behind. I had no idea until I saw regular people how skinny we all looked. It was really strange.

'So. I was thinking. We obviously can't go out tonight, interviews and that.' I nod at Myles. 'But we can go out tomorrow, Caitlyn leaves latethe day after.' I grin. 'Sounds like a plan. We can tell everyone at the party tonight. Make it a two night bender.' I laugh. Tonight's party wasn't going to be that hectic, just a few cocktails and a quick catch up.

Then Roman, Andy and I all had hundreds of interviews to do at night, when everyone in Britain would be waking up.

'Yeah. I need a night out.' Roman shook his head. 'I haven't heard music, without being terrified of being shat on by a pigeon, in like a month.' I laughed loudly.

'God that was awful.' We messed around for a while, catching up and playing on our phones, actually exchanging numbers before Roman decides to do an Instagram live.

Which of course is absolute chaos. There's truth or dare, questions and answers and a lot of heart eye emojis that I notice. Before Myles' mum comes to get him, like a child being called in for dinner when he was playing in the street with his mates. Except Myles had to have his hair done or something like that.

'Bye twinkle toes.' I joke, laughing as his mum hi fived me, Myles flipping me off.

'Mad that not even 12 hours ago we were still in that camp smelling and looking like shit.' Roman shakes his head and I laugh.

'You still look a bit like shit I'm not gonna lie.'

He stares at me, throwing his arms up, then letting them flop to his side. 'No no no, just because, hahahaha. Because we've not caught up on sleep yet.' I laugh, realising how it sounded.

'Whatever. Won't talk from now on. That way I can't get roasted.' He laughs, popping his sunglasses over his eyes as the sun appears from behind a cloud.

'Stop being stupid.' I splashed him, getting his hair wet. 'Maia.' He glared at me, taking his sunglasses off and placing them on the side slowly. Then without warning I was scooped up and dunked under the water.

'Oh no no no no.' I dragged him down as well, starting yet another play fight just like back in the jungle.

'Roman!' Then he stopped. It was his mum and dad. 'Hiya Maia!' They waved at me, approaching us from the other side of the pool.
