(A/N: This is still the old Master, Simm's version. Except a dash of Moriarty in him and he's crazier. Also, yay! 100th one shot! )

"What makes the Doctor cry? What makes the Doctor cringe? What's the Doctor's pressure point?" The Doctor gritted his teeth as 'he' said it. The Master was looking at Clara, who was strapped to a chair, with a devious look as the Doctor was forced to stay put, stupid force field.

"That's simple, everyone in the galaxy that knows him knows. It's his companions. Poor Clara Oswald was the one in the crossfire, I almost feel bad. Not." The Master continued, strolling around Clara as the Doctor tried to get through the force field that was separating them.

"What are you going to do to her?" The Doctor asked.

"Let's watch the Doctor stare as his lovely companion bleed to death. Blood soaking her shirt as I hit her with the knife. Won't it be beautiful to see her die?! That's what people do! Well, humans anyway." The Master took a knife from a table nearby... "Say something nice."

"No." Clara simply replied.

And he did it.

The world stopped slowly as the Doctor saw him stab her in the chest and heard her scream.

It was the most dreadful sound the Doctor ever heard.

It hit something in him. The Master was right, a pressure point.

Darkness. It was all Clara could see, darkness, until there was a light at the end. Was she dead? The question lingered in her mind as she walked toward the light. As she did, she felt a certain calm feeling she never felt before. Was this how heaven felt? She didn't know.

But it felt.. Off.

It wasn't the same. She didn't want this, as much as she wanted to see her mum, it wouldn't be right.

"HOW DARE YOU HURT CLARA!" The Doctor on the other hand, was punching the Master in the face multiple times.

The Master didn't retaliate, except laughed. He pushed the Doctor off and stood.

"Isn't it amazing? A simple human girl is your pressure point. The control freak means everything to you huh? Well, here's the real question. Why don't you help her instead of trying to kill me? You know I have regenerations.. Unlike humans, they're stuck having one life. Sorry friend, you lost." The Master held some device up and smiled. "Bye bye." And he pressed the button on the device, causing him to disappear.

Taking his words into consideration, he ran to Clara. Except...

He was too late. No happy ending here folks.

Yes... A bad way to make the 100th story! SAD AND DEPRESSING. But anyway, I promise, the next ones will be better... :)
