It had been about a year since Clara had died and Amy was having nightmares ever since that day. The Doctor did all he could. He could suppress the memories, but then she'd ask where she was. She wished her mother could just be alive instead of dead, probably still on the cold ground of that place they left her..
The Doctor on the other hand, he never ever let Amy leave the TARDIS. He was afraid to lose her too.
"Dad?" Amy asked one day as the Doctor was fixing some stuff on the TARDIS.
"Yes dear?"
"Can I fly the TARDIS?"
"Erm... The TARDIS interface can help you I guess, so okay. Just this once." Amy hugged her dad before running up the steps to the console.
"Can you help me?" The TARDIS interface appeared as Amy, but wearing different clothes.
"What do you need?"
"Well... Can you send me a minute after daddy and I left mummy?" Amy asked and the TARDIS got to work, traveling back in time to when it happened.

As the TARDIS landed, the Doctor looked up.
"Where are we?"
"You'll find out!" She opened the door to see Clara, getting up, as if she didn't get hit by a laser.
"Ouch..." Clara mumbled, holding her side.
"Clara?!" The Doctor asked, blinking, unable to believe it.
"Doctor? Amy?" She tried to walk, but ended up falling again. The Doctor ran out with Amy and the two brought her into the TARDIS.
"How are you still alive?" The Doctor asked, quite puzzled at this.
"It... Hit my side. Not my whole body." She pointed to her left side and pulled up her blouse. It revealed a huge mark, red and slightly bleeding. It looked like a scar you'd get after burning yourself from a fire.
The Doctor slowly carried her to the infirmary, Amy following quietly.
~~~~~~
"There. I patched it up, but you'll need some rest and painkillers." The Doctor said, finally finished.
"O-Okay." Clara said and tried to get up, but felt pain again.
"I'll take you to your room." He slowly picked her up and carried her to her room.
After all that was taken care of, the Doctor asked Amy, "How did you know to come here?"
"I donno, I just knew she could be alive and I wanted to take the chance to see if I was right!" Amy explained. The Doctor gave her a hug.
"You're a good kid and I know when I'm down to my last regeneration, you'll be able to take my place."
"Regeneration?"
"Oh... That's right. We haven't told you that yet. Never mind!"
