Episode 3: What happened after the break up?

“kumusta?” anikka said, giving the food that she bought to the kids.

“para saan po ito?” olivia asked, siguro may ten bags of jollibee ang dala dala ni anikka.

“para sainyo.” nakangiting sagot ni anikka,

“bakit po?” seb asked while eye-ing the burger steak and french fries.

“for you hard work guys, alam ko feeling ng thesis.” sagot ni anikka, olivia nodded and supervised the food kasi nga siya ang leader.

“something great happened no?” brent asked, removing his sunglasses,

“huh?” tanong ni anikka,

“you always share food kapag may good news ka eh.” sabi ni brent, looking at anikka.

“pauwi na si juan.” sagot ni anikka, smiling at brent.

Napawi ang ngiti ni brent ng malaman na pauwi na si juan. Juan Gomez de Liaño always liked anikka, but of course, anikka being with brent before, hindi nakapag move si juan, until he went to spain.

“kayo ba?” brent asked anikka, waiting for an answer that could make or break his heart.

“Brent Isaac Paraiso” “Anikka Marie Perez.”

Nagtinginan si brent at si anikka.

“ngayon ba or nung nag break kami?” brent asked, ngumiti si anikka, placing the throw pillow sa lap niya, she was wearing a dress kasi.

“nung nag break daw b.” anikka said, pulling her dress down. Napansin ito ni brent, so he removed hsi jacket and naiwan ang polo shirt niya na blue. Ipinatong niya ito sa legs ni anikka and anikka smiled, mouthing 'thank you' and brent just nodded

“nung nagbreak kami, akala ko hindi na ako magiging okay pa.” simula ni anikka. “kasi, ang tagal namin, limang taon kami, tapos biglang mawawala, like sino ako? sino si anikka na wala si brent, sino yung susundo sa akin or sino yung pupuntahan ko after class? Yung binuo mo na habit for five years biglang mawawala, paano ako nun, tapos yung creative shots pa namin magkasama kami, parang hala okay, ano to? Paano ko ipopost to eh break na kami?” anikka said, tearing up a bit so binigyan siya ni olivia ng tissue.

“I didn't know you felt that way.” brent said looking at his shoes. Ngumiti lamang si anikka.

“I focused on basketball, kulang nalang dun na ako tumira sa court or sa gym.” brent said with a chuckle “I asked my sister to keep an eye on niks, sila cj sabi ko sabayan kumain si anikka, yung mga classmates niya kinausap na samahan siya lagi.” anikka's eyes widened at what brent revealed.

“brent...” anikka said, ngumiti si brent.

Anikka cleared her throat.

“five years with you was the best years of my life, too bad it ends there.
