"ang aga mo naman dito, wala kang bahay?" Ricci said, opening the door wearing nothing but shorts, his hand on his waist and the other hand rubbing his eye.
"masama ba?" Brent rolled his eyes as he barged into ricci's house.
"wag mo gisingin si eyana ha?" Ricci reminded, brent rolled his eyes again.
"gawa mo ako kape." utos ni brent kay ricci, ricci rolled his eyes once more before standing up to make coffee for brent.
"Si bets?" Brent asked, looking at ricci. Nagkibit balikat si ricci, his back was facing brent.
"namalengke ata kasama si manang, di ko na naintindihan sinabi niya kagabi eh." Ricci said, placing two mugs in front of them.
"di pa ba gigising si eyana?" Tanong ni brent, binatukan ni ricci si brent which made brent glare.
"Pumunta ka ba dito para kay eyana?" Ricci asked, brent nodded "sabihin mo, anniversary niyo kasi dapat ni anikka kaya ka pumunta dito."
"Gago foul." Brent said, ricci smiled sadly.
"so ano?" ricci asked standing up to get something to eat.
"wala lang nga, miss ko na si eyana eh." Brent said, nakatitig lamang ito sa bata, eyana who was sleeping in her crib sa sala.
"sus." Ricci said, at ibinaba niya ang plato ng tinapay.
"do you talk to anikka?" brent asked, napatingin si ricci kay brent, but brent's eyes were focused on eyana.
"I do." Maiksing sagot ni ricci, brent nodded.
"How is she?" brent asked, looking at eyana who was still sleeping, but her nose twitches, a sign that she will wake up soon.
Ricci opened his mouth to speak, but the door opened, revealing betina, wearing ricci's shirt and shorts. Her hair tied into a bun, ricci stood up to help her with the bayong.
"grabe ang daming tao sa palengke." Betina said, fixing her glasses,
"syempre palengke yun eh, matakot ka kung walang tao dun" brent teased, betina stuck her tongue out.
"Pasabi kay manang, ipasok nalang to sa ref, maliligo lang ako." betina said, ricci nodded and placed the bayong sa sink.
"ay babe." Betina said, sumilip siya mula sa hagdan, ricci raised his eyebrows. "anikka said yes." betina smiled and continued to make her way upstairs.
"Anikka said yes to what?" Brent asked, he was carrying eyana, who just woke up.
"to the wedding." ricci said, pinindot niya muna ang pisngi ni eyana. Brent sat down with eyana, eyana smiled when she figured that it was "dada bwent"
"sino ikakasal? Kay anikka?" Brent asked, panic in his eyes, nagiisip na si brent na bumili ng ticket papuntang spain.
"Bobo" ricci mouthed para hindi ito marinig ng anak niya. "she said yes to going back here for my wedding." ricci said, brent nodded.
"hungwy dada" eyana said, ricci nodded and kissed her cheek before standing up to grab cereals for eyana.
"uuwi siya?" brent asked, ricci rolled his eyes kahit hindi siya nakikita ni brent.
"hindi, sa spain na yung kasal namin" ricci said, "syempre dito, invited ka diba?" Brent nodded.
"ready ka na bang makita siya?" Ricci asked, brent grabbed the spoon and started to feed eyana.
"Tita ikka?" Eyana asked, ricci nodded, eyana clapped her hand, she had met anikka a couple of times when they fly to spain.
"kelan daw uuwi si anikka?" Brent asked betina who was drying her hair.
"a week before the wedding ata." Betina asked, kissing eyana's cheeks.
Umupo si betina sa tabi ni ricci, and ricci put his arm around betina, ricci kissed her cheek. Brent pretended to vomit
"umattend ka ha" betina said, eating ricci's bread and drinking from his mug.
"oo naman." brent answered "Gusto ko makita si anikka." ricci chuckled at brent's answer.
"gusto ka ba makita?"
