Isaac's POV

I walked into school, I was half an hour late so the halls were empty.

I opened my locker and put my stuff inside, "Hey." I heard axel say coming round the corner.

"Hey, how you holding up?" I asked.

"As good as can be expected. I can't sleep, all I keep wondering is if she's scared, is she alone? Is she lost? Is she even alive?" He said.

"I know the feeling, we need to find her, she's gotta be out there somewhere." I said.

"Bears changing. He was so wrapped up in Ruby's disappearance at first, now he just doesn't even seem to think about it, it's freaking me out." Axel said.

"I've noticed it too, somethings not right." I told him.

He nodded his head.

Danny's POV

It's about 8pm, I'm sitting in the living room when bear comes in.

His face looks chalk white.

"They found a body, they want us to go down and identify it." He said.

My heart sunk, "no." I whispered choking up.

Axel ran down the stairs.

"Lets go down, it won't be her, it can't be her," he said surely.

We went down the the station.

There's so much tension, I literally feel sick.

Axel is freaking out.

"Axel come on, you have to keep calm, bears in there just now, he's probably gonna come out and tell us it's not her. It won't be her. It was a suicide victim, that's not ruby." I tried to reassure him.

We walked outside the hospital, 5 minutes later one of the guys from bears precinct came out.

"I'm sorry, boys." He said in a shaky voice.

I just went numb.

"You're lying! It's not her, it can't be!" Axel screamed, he tried to go for him but I held him back.

Axel just ran off.

I didn't know what to do, I just broke down, I didn't care who saw me.

"Aaah!" I said punching the ground.

"Hey, hey, hey!" I heard bear say, he ran over and held my hands back from hitting the ground again.

"It's okay." He said crying.

Ruby's POV
I was sitting with Santiago, he bleached his hair blonde, so I knew he couldn't pretend to be bear anymore.

He had just dried it, he was checking it out on his phone, "it looks weird." I said, he looked away from his phone and just looked at my like a little lost puppy.
