•Part Eleven

"Ruby get your ass up for school we're gonna be laaaate." Axel said throwing himself onto my bed, he groaned loudly.

"What's up?" I asked, he dramatically groaned again.

"What?" I giggled, "Reuben wants us to go to some fancy rich charity event with him tonight." He said.

"and that's a bad thing...how?" I asked.

"I had a date with this girl and now I have to cancel." He said, "Aww. Poor axey." I giggled.

I kicked him out of my room and got myself ready for school, I told isaac axel and I were just going to walk to school together today, I wanted to spend some time with him as I've barely spoken to him much recently.

We were walking to school down the back road behind the city, "So, who's the girl you're going on a date with?" I asked, "I don't know, it's a blind date my friend set me up on." He said.

"Ooh, how mysterious." I joked.

"So, you and Isaac. That happened yet?" He asked, "what do you mean?" I asked

"It's obvious he likes you, and you like him, I mean you never stop talking about him, especially when you kept me and bear up all night talking about him last week." He laughed.

"Well, I don't even know. I thought he liked me but now he's just acting like he doesn't care." I said.

"If he doesn't then fuck em'." He replied.

I just laughed.

We finally arrived at school and I met up with Isaac at the bleachers.

"Hey." He smiled.

"Hey, um, I have some charity event thing to go to tonight, Reuben wants you, me and Axel to go." I said.

"Sure. I'll just head back to mine after school and get ready and we can all head together." He said.

"Bear said he had a suit you can wear so just head to mine with me." I said, he nodded his head.

We walked to our English class, once it was done we had a free period after that, I was walking about the school when I heard Isaac's voice.

I walked round the corner and saw him leaning over a girl and smirking at her, "So, I'll pick you up tomorrow at 8?" He smirked at her.

"Sounds good, Handsome." She said rubbing his chest.

He leaned down and kissed her.

I couldn't watch, I ran away.

How could he do this? Why would he tell me he's in love with me, then act like nothing happened?

I should have known better than to fall for it.

I ran into down one of the corridors when someone grabbed me and shoved me into the lockers.

"What the fuck?" I said, I looked up and saw Cara, "You just don't listen do you? i told you to stay.. away..  from isaac! Why the fuck would you think someone like Isaac would like someone like you? You're nothing but the dirt on my shoes." She said.

Isaac's POV

I'm trying to get a confession from the girl, I know she knows something about Jay, so by making her into me maybe she'll talk.

It doesn't even feel right doing this, I'm in love with Ruby.

"Sounds good, handsome." She said.

As soon as she heard that I saw ruby running away, fuck!

I chased after her and eventually found her, "You're nothing but the dirt on my shoes" I heard Cara say.
