Chapter 43

The whole gang gathered in the hall, with loads of pizza and homemade lasagna that Lien had packed earlier.

"Sean just called" Phana said "The kids are all home safe, all they remember is some one locking them up but nothing else"

"at least they don't remember" Beam sighed and leaned into Phana as he took a big bite of the Pizza "am glad we could at least save a few"

"I have requested our council to add protection around our town, so that no one can be harmed" Jisoo said, running her hands through the brown wolves soft fur as she spoke "we can't save all, but at least it is a start".

Phana narrowed his eyes as he observed her unconscious behavior, but Beam just nugged into his shoulder with his own.

"that's a good thing" Forth said, as he looked around the room.... His eyes finally resting on the Grey wolf that was lying between Kit and Ming, resting her head on Kit's lap.

"Hey, do you need the suppressants?" Jihyo asked suddenly looking up from her bag, to look at Beam.

"Huh?" Beam looked a bit stunned, but then slowly it dawned on him "No, I am good.. I have them"

"Okay" she said, as she pulled out a small pouch and threw it to him "this has been in my bag for... anyways, I forgot to give it to you... let's not have any accidents like last time"

Phana quickly coughed, while Beam turned pick earning a chuckled from the rest.

"Kit?" Jihyo then turned to him "you are also an omega right?"

It was now Kit's turn to be embarrassed "Nila says she is good"

"Okay then" Jihyo continued to  search for something in her bag, completely ignoring the awkwardness. 

Jisoo shook her head at her sister's abrasiveness, instead of pointing out she leaned into the warmth from the young wolf and closed her eyes. 

"getting back to what we were saying" Forth said, but there was a mild amusement on his face as he watched Jihyo, who was concentrating hard only inside her handbag.

"Oh Crap..." Jihyo said suddenly and stood up with a piece of paper in her hand "this is what I missed.... Damm"

"What?" Kit and Beam frowned while Phana and Ming instantly scanned around, sensing her distress

"Nothing" Jihyo relaxed as she sensed the sudden change in mood "it is just.. er.. we had custom ordered something in the mall, I forgot about it"

"huh?" Wayo tilted his head to his side as he watched the drama unfold

"jeeze... guys" Jihyo sighed as she walked towards Phana and extended her hands with a smile

"Not again" Kit chuckled, as he looked at his friend "You can't let her go alone"

"But.." Phana sighed as he looked at Beam for his aide, but Beam just shook his head and pretended to concentrate on his phone.

"I don't need you to come, just give me the keys" Jihyo said with a devious smile "I have plans"

"Earth huh?" Jisoo sighed, not opening her eyes still,  "why doesn't he pick you directly"

"none of your business..." Jihyo cut her off, her eyes darting quickly towards Forth while Jisoo stuck her tongue out

"and No, I just have to do some shopping" Jihyo replied as he focused back on Phana "give me the keys or drive me there... choice is yours"

Phana looked at Ming for help, who just laughed and shook his head. He turned towards Wayo, who quickly said "am 1000 years too old to go shopping with a teenage witch"
